The king room is a nice size. We checked into one room and it had hair on the bathroom floor, dirty desk area and asked to be moved to a second room. The second room; same issues dirty shower, hair on the floor and even an old blood stain underneath the bed comforter (which we didn’t even discover until the morning of check-out). Hotels wash the sheets but do not wash or switch the bedspread after each visit. It’s terrible! The sign out front of this property boasts “new management” but maybe they need a new housekeeping manager.

The actual rooms have been redone very nicely. The surrounding area and the crowd staying in this hotel are slightly scary for lack of better words. The pool is also completely out of service and half empty. The little interaction we had with staff was positive but when checking in, we walked up on a guest, quite aggressively yelling at the front desk staff and it speaks to the nature of the folks who stay here, Not family-friendly, but very convenient drive to the beach

Me and my Fiancé needed a place to stay for 3 nights and as our first time booking a hotel that we believed was affordable this inn was perfect! Smelled amazing, the bed was comfortable, good pizza spot right next to the parking lot. We really enjoyed our stay. Only downside i’d say was being able to hear the doors opening and closing and if you were sleeping in you could hear the early birds walking past talking or giggling but aside from that we definitely recommend this inn. It was great.

Amazing stay

The reason I chose this hotel, was for the beach & dock directly behind it. So I wasn't too happy once I checked in & went to go hang out on the dock, just to find out the dock is NOT handicap accessible for someone in a wheelchair and by themselves.

I didn’t like the hole hotel smelled of weed and they said that I had to make deposit and then never returned it like they said and I didn’t like your staff letting people come in and out selling drugs

Dirty room so had to move rooms, then our neibors smoked weed all week and had to smell that.

I stayed with my 4-year old son and for sure didnt feel safe. Seemed to be a lot of men hanging around in the front. The towels were stained and dingy. Along with the bedding. All the linens were old and nasty.

The location was great. The pictures were deceiving… The beds had stains, the towels had stains, the shower wouldn’t drain. The air vent was dirty and the room never really cooled. Also, it shows this beautiful dock that goes out into the ocean… it’s a rental place so you can’t actual use it!

It was very nice and comfy staff was accommodating.

The room was an accessible room. The bathroom shower drain was clogged and caulk or some pieces of something were coming up from the water which ran over the floor of the rest of the bathroom. There were some white pills on the floor that should have been vacuumed up. And the noise from above us was quite loud. Not a good experience at all.

I do not like giving poor reviews. The bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor. The pool was also dirty. It is a very run down establishment for the price you pay per night.

It was close to the boat launch to launch boat

We were in town for a birthday party. The hotel was at a great location near restaurants and other places we were going to while in town. Nice big spacious room. Overall the hotel was clean but the floors alwys felt a bit gritty which is to be expected for a hotel at the beach. The staff was constantly cleaning the public areas so that's a plus. Only thing I would note for management is if the front desk is 24hrs., ensure that somone is there or not away from the desk for an extended amount of time. We went to the front desk around 5am to check out and get our $100 cash deposit back, but there was a note to ring the bell for service. There was no bell on the desk so we figured out they were talking about the doorbell outside at the hotel entrance. When we rang it and waited for 5-10 minutes, no one came. We ended up waiting a total of 25 minutes for assistance and ended up calling the hotel while standing at the front desk to get someone to come assist us. Overall good stay and would stay again for a short weekend trip.

Our stay at this Quality Inn was overall average. The room was okay but the bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned.

May not be for everyone. Parking lot has a lot of traffic from Boat rental business. I never had any trouble getting a spot close to door. No elevator,steps only. Not room darking shades. Great view of waterway. Great nicely shaded pool. Breakfast ok but not always tended, but did get refilled after sometime.

The door to get out often stuck and the ac did not cool off entire room.

Room felt damp and floors really sandy. Thin walls very noisy. Tv remote didnt work. The beds were amazing like sleeping in a fluffly cloud. Nextdoor to a red lobster and good pizza joint. Super close to everything. Sandy patch behind hotel with nice sitting area and jet ski/pontoon boat rentals. Check in took a while even though no one else was at counter they were trying to handle other things but apologetic about it.

I like that boat rentals are very close.

There was a strange smell and the pool closes way too early.

Our first room we were put into wasnt great. I think that whole first building probably needs remodeled at least the rooms anyways the rest looks fine and nice. Our first room had some issues the door would get stuck when trying to open and close it bc of a screw. The bathroom was pretty dirty the shower curtain had some stains and the shower head needed replaced and i also thought it was odd that in the shower there was nowhere to put your soaps shampoo etc. However the staff there was very friendly and put us in a new room the next day. Which actually ended up being a room that i thought i booked from the pictures i looked at online. I did book through Expedia so maybe that makes a different to. But the new room was betterand had somewhere for me to set my shower things on in the shower. Housekeeping was friendly. Front desk staff was excellent and friendly. Managers were also friendly and attentive to all issues or questions we had. I was a little disappointed the one time i was going to use the pool it was shut down for cleaning all day. Weekly cleaning i think. We stayed 9 days. We did use the laundry room. Price was fair on machines i do think one of the dryers doesnt work as well the one by the wall i had to dry twice on it. Breakfast was good your usual complimentary breakfast, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, eggs, waffles, cereals, muffins, bagels, yogurt, apples & oranges, somedays they had plums, coffe, milk, juices.

Less than impressed, our room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, the pool wasn’t open the entire stay, breakfast was disgusting, at least we could take a shower and sleep

Would stay here again. The staff was nice and helpful. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. The hotel seems to share a pool with the duplexes next door and was kind of dirty. It was nice but we couldn’t smell chlorine in the pool so it doesn’t to be kept up.

Rooms aren't up to date. So called bay view sucks. Pool dirty.

I had to move 3 times in a four night stay, in the first room the blinds were falling down and could not be opened. I requested a room with an ocean view and could not see it because the blinds did not work. The second room was in the second floor, the view was fine but the blinds once they were up could not come down. The refrigerator did not work, the microwave did not work, the hair dryer way falling off the wall. the A/C did not work either. The fan blew but did not cooled the room. We had to open our door to get some cool air from the hallway. The vents in the A/C were filthy and the room had a musky smell. The third room was better regarding the A/C but the lamps did not have bulbs and the water faucet in the shower was dripping and the water was leaking into the bedroom floor. We definitely never using this hotel chain again. So sorry you do not have the team and management to make it work correctly. I would like to know how much you are going to reimburse me for having to endure all these problems during my vacation. Half of the time I spent it arguing with different persons at the front desk.

We had a very nice stay , bed comforting, breakfast was good , staff was nice and had our own little beach , sitting watching sunrise and sunset

Well it took 25 minutes to check in because an entitled person had to have her points, never once did she apologize for holding up the people in line waiting for her.

Window shade was broken. My credit card was attempted to run 6 times for the 2nd half of my stay. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a joke - Apple juice and orange juice that was watered down. If you got there after 7 AM there was hardly anything left. We were told not to park on the back side of the hotel because cars have been being broken into.
