It was not great. Room smelled like smoke. Check-in was at 3pm but somehow the room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4pm. The beds did not have proper bedding or blankets.

Worst hotel stay experience. Will not recommend this place. Most of the people staying here are homeless.

When i first arrived it took over 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk.
The first room we were given the mattresses had no bedding on it. The second room had dust balls all over the floor. When my husband went to the front desk to ask for shampoo, the worker continued to hit on him and talk inappropriately with him. We will never be staying here again.

It wasn’t bad for the price. But it was the first hotel that I been that did not offer shampoo and conditioner (excuse was because of plastic being non eco friendly), and no hair dryer.
The good. It had a kitchen. Great for the price I paid. Didn’t use it tho.
The bad - everything else was cheap quality.

Lots of noise at night by random people hanging around the property and in the hotel. Last night at 12:30am there appeared to be a battle between two groups of people right under my window. I was pretty scared based the screaming and threats to one another. Does not feel too safe. Bunch of rift raft.

For the price this place was fine, but my "single queen" room only had a single double bed. Between that, the bed hardness, and other guests partying late it was a rough night. I mentioned the bed issue in the morning and was told it happened because their "single queens" were overbooked.

Can we have more time to check out and not at 11 in the morning? im literally paying the price of a 5 star hotel for an average room in eg w just coffee as “breakfast” at the so at that point I might as well be able to leave whenever tf i want. paid dn $40 for fees. The room service lady came earlier than 11 trying to come in while my husband wasn’t even fully dressed.

The staff were friendly and helpful and that’s where anything positive ended. I got into my room and the water was running from the bathroom tub faucet, not dripping… running, even though it was all the way in the off position. I could not get the TV to work and when I called the front desk she came to look at both, could not fix the bathroom issue but was able to get the TV to work by using a different outlet because apparently the one it was plugged into was not working. The room was dirty and kind of smelled like someone had smoked in it, the bathroom kind of looked like someone died in it which may have just been rust stains running down the walls from the moisture in the room since the water doesn’t turn off but either way, off putting. The “breakfast” was a mostly empty coffee cart with a single lonely fruit grain bar in otherwise empty baskets. (And it was 7am… not 9am when it should be available until.)
