This is probably one of the most modern hotels I have ever stayed in. the hotel room was small, but comfortable, very updated/modern, and clean. The bathroom is not closed off from the room with a door, but there is a divider between the bed area and the bathroom. There is on-site parking. The hotel lobby is not open 24/7, but they will proactively reach out to you for an arrival time and if they are closed when you arrive, provide you with self check in instructions. This hotel is not located in the central shopping/dining area of Zurich, but a little further away. There are dining options within walking distance.

The room was spacious and cosy, but the shower area layout needed to improve as the entire toilet bowl gets wet during shower. Breakfast was very simple and it's not worth the value. Getting to the hotel from Zurich station was not convenient.

Decent location close to public transport and walking distance to cafes and restaurants etc. I did not like the room. Not terrible, but cleanliness was so so (cobwebs, dead bugs under the bed), and it felt claustrophobic with no space for luggage or to move around. The room had a small window into the parking lot, and a large fabric-covered window to the front side whose sole purpose seems to be to ensure you wake up in a fully illuminated room every time somebody turns on the outside light. It's impossible to avoid getting water everywhere in the entire bathroom when you shower. At least it's wheelchair friendly. Internet was slow (usable but too slow for remote work). They were also 100% unwilling to accommodate any change to the reservation for less than the full price of an entirely new booking. I tried extending my 5 day stay to 10 days but starting 2 days later, and they tried to charge me for an additional 10 days + admin fee for changing the reservation. Ended up forfeiting the first 2 days, and went to a different hotel for the rest of my stay. Good decision.

comfy bed and quiet. I think they should provide a small fridge in the room and a way to black out light more effectively. Breakfast is too expensive, considering you cannot choose what to get but they will provide you with a set selection. Orange juice is not fresh and tastes very artificial. Two hotels in the nearby badenerstrasse offer more at much cheaper rates.

Great hotel, location pretty central with a short walk to Wiedikon station or to the Central station area. Definately be careful at night as the area on way to central station is a little sketchy and we’re accosted by a couple of drunk chaps on one evening which was not good! Hotel is very nice, super cool design(bathroom configuration a little odd!) Staff amazingly friendly!

We had a fantastic stay at Greulich. Helpful, friendly attentive staff.. rooms were lovely and more than we expected. Easy to get into the lake and centre.

Room was very warm, despite temperatures in the 50's (10 c), and radiators turned off - so the only way to maintain comfort was to keep the windows open. That's a problem because the window overlooks the train tracks with frequent traffic... Also, some security concerns since anyone could walk in off the street up to any room

The Hotel is nice but the bar and restaurant were closed for renovations. Had we known, we likely would have stayed elsewhere. But the front receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful!

Very spacious, clean and stylish. Staffs are very helpful. It's a goid hotel in most aspects. The only problem is that our room is heavily affected by passing trains all night. My wife cannot sleep well.

Fantastic space in great location. Felt like home while our family of 5 were there on vacation.

First off, we really wanted to love this place, but it was in the middle of a heat wave where temps were 90° plus and this hotel does not have air conditioning. It was not comfortable without AC, and it’s my fault for not checking that beforehand. But I feel like we would have been way more forgiving on the minor faults had we not been so miserably hot. Because of the heat we had to have our windows wide open and since the train runs right by the hotel, it was quite noisy most of the time. On the plus side, other than a lack of a mini-bar/fridge, the room was perfect. The entire staff was extremely nice and attentive. Our breakfast was completely satisfactory and tasty.

Loved the spacious well appointed rooms. The location is good, however not close to the center.

Great boutique hotel.Very spacious and functional. Near to tram station and easy connection to anywhere with the efficient Swiss transport system. Only small problem .... pillow far too soft and makes it tough to sleep.

This hotel is a real gem. I had booked it because I was unable to get into the hotel I traditionally stayed in in Zurich and I have to tell it it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are functional, well designed and very comfortable. The location is surrounded by terrific restauratants plus you can walk into the centre of town or get a e-scooter or a tram. It makes it a great location and a terrific environment to stay.

Was an amazing stay. The staff was very polite and helpful. Clean rooms and nice outdoor and indoor seating for drinks and eating. Overall we had a great stay and a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to travellers.

6 of us stayed in a very spacious, clean and modern apartment. It was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the space. It is close to the train track which can be noisy but the staff were absolutely charming and very helpful. The immediate area is a little mixed with some unsavoury shops and bars but it is quite well located for a walk into the centre - about 30 minutes.
