Hotel is nice. The rooms are old and the walls are thin. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfast was great too.

Great hotel and location very nice area in Santo André. the hotel offer a small kitchen area but in my opinion is useless no microwave, no coffee maker or utensils. If they didn’t have a kitchen would make more sense. Also If you like cozy towels bring your own because their towels have poor quality. Other than that definitely is a great hotel. I would definitely stay here again. I hope it helps 😊

Rooms were not as nice as advertised. No microwave as described, excellent breakfast each morning. Toilet flush very weak. TV very small and unimpressive programming

We only spent one night but it was clean, comfy, and affordable price.

Was visiting a friend in the area so made a good base for the week. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Would visit again and would recommend.

The breakfast buffet is quite acceptable and the desk staff is very good. I will say that any time I have visited, including this time, they always manage to skip my room for cleaning on one or two days. Also, the replenishment of towels, soaps, etc. is inconsistent. And, on this occasion, my wife and I wanted to use the pool for a swim and were told by the front desk that we needed to use our room towels at the pool. This makes no sense as we then had chlorine-smelling towels to shower when we returned to the room. All in all, though, this is the best hotel in the area and is in a very good location - safe for walking at night and close to ABC Shopping Mall.

NIce hotel for business in Santo Andre area. Good relation price/quality. Free WiFI very slow.

Great room and dining service. Clean, quite and comfortable.

Staff and room were prepared. Arrived at room a found it was still not cleaned. Following day no room service was provided. Staff unable to accomplish simple expectation.

The rooms were cosy, although initially cold but space heaters were provided. The staff were always helpful and the ambience calm and relaxing. I enjoyed their free breakfast; multiple breakfast meals provided.

I visit the area quite frequently but had not stayed in this hotel since its acquistion by Blue Tree. Overall the experience was good - normal for a 2 1/2 star hotel. The hotel is on Avenida Portugal which is a nice safe walking area and is within a few blocks of the shopping mall, making it convenient for a business person who wants a simple dinner at the food court. The hotel appearance was excellent and the staff was accommodating. Unfortunately my 14-day vacation visit was during the Christmas holidays and we had two days during which our room was not serviced at all by housekeeping. We also had one morning that the breakfast buffet had no milk for coffee or for the children. I will give the hotel the benefit of the doubt and attribute this to holiday staffing problems. I'm planning to return next month on business and will likely stay there again because I enjoy the safety of the area.

Nice hotel, nice room, clean. One bedroom, one small kitchen, 2 tvs. Breakfast was ok, gym not good (very few equipments). Nice location (close to a mall and there are some restaurants and coffees neaby).
