Everything was great

Very nice and quiet

Asked for 2 adjacent non-smoking rooms, got separate floors that reeked of smoke. Los of mold in the bathroom, burnt crap in microwave, roaches and spiders, no coffee maker... Trash all around the place. Appears many occupants are there via TN public aid or judicial release programs, hang around smoking, drinking and shuffling between units all day. We used to like staying at these types of drive-ups. No more. The large sign up high over the motel is only a frame with the name/brand completely obliterated out - that should be a warning to turn around and go to one of the many other hotels in the area. Extended Stay and Expedia need to disassociate from this facility. Their management should find a different line of business. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP.

The room was ok. There was no coffee pot and no breakfasts. They tried to charge $40 cash only deposit which I contested. Not very friendly

This room seemed good for the price and reviews but we were immediately shown differently. First upon check they stated that i needed to pay a 40 dollar damage deposit. This was not disclosed prior and of the 100s of hotels I’ve stayed in I never encountered this. They waived it due to my confusion and stating that I was not aware of it. The room was dirty, the light switch was sticky and covered in black specs. Neither of the bedside lamps worked and there were no plug ins to charge phones except 1 by the kitchen. The toilet didn’t flush and was not bolted to the floor, it rocked around when you sit on it. Our A/C unit smelled like it was burning when we turned it on. Overall this room was a cheap 1 night stay but it is not deserving of the good reviews. This is a low end run down hotel and the owners don’t seem to care about the rooms being kept up or functional. First time staying at an extended stay and will be my last.

So the price was great, And it's very spacious in size. You get a full fridge and a nice sink. The beds are comfy surpisingly. I got the room late, like 11p or 12am and went to bed. There was no parking.in he front of my room, so I had to park in the middle of the parking lot where it wasnt close to my room, which worried me. My AC did not work that great and the toilet was running all night long, my door Also didn't close unless you locked and then unlocked it, closed the door and then locked it.Also, the checkout time is 11am. It was 10:30 and me and my gf were, doing "our thing" and the cleaning man didn't knock, call, say anything,. Just walked right in on us and it embarrassed us. It was an experience for sure.

This is an extended Stay with a kitchenette. But had nothing to use no pots, no pans, no dishes not even a coffee pot.

The motel is old, kindof run down, but the location is good and quiet. The bed was comfy and our rooms were clean. Staff was attentive. I would stay again but ask for a non smoking room.

Great people, it was very clean for the price. A steal of a deal. We stopped on the way to the Smoky Mountains, and liked it so much we stopped again on the way home. Had a nice kitchen area too if you needed to stay for a long time.

This hotel was very clean with food places in walking distances. Also plenty of parking for parking a 40 foot trailer. Will stay there anytime we are in Cookeville for business.

There was so much wrong with this room that I don’t know where to start. Thank God, the sheets were clean and the microwave and refrigerator worked and the air conditioner worked. Everything else was terrible.

Just driving up to our room all the tenants were outside staring at us go by. I know you can't control the tenants there, but as girls traveling alone we didnt feel safe going to our car alone. Very loud noises in the morning that didn't let us sleep past 6am and our towels had stains on them. The front desk staff was nice though.

Affordable!

I was traveling with family that has mobility issues and was told prior to our arrival that we could have a 1st floor room. While checking in was given a 2nd floor room and had a hard time getting a ground floor room. Had to leave a cash deposit the would not put the deposit on my creditcard. The room constantly smelled of indian food and due to the cash deposit I had to wait until they checked the room before getting my deposit back. We will not be using this hotel again

Friendly staff

When i checked in, the clerk, who was the owner was hard to understand. He wanted $40 cash as a deposit, even though i gave him my debit card. I got a non smoking room, even though i smoke i did not leave my cigarette butts, since i had an ashe tray with me. There were no "No Smoking" signs displayed where i was smoking, except on the room door. The owner told me i could not smoke outside, in front of my room. I told him if there were signs saying no smoking i would not have smoked. There were none. There are no coffee pots in the room or coffee, plus no continental breakfast. They provide you with a bar of soap and that is it. Thank goodness i brought my toiletries.

Room was clean and reasonably furnished. Good value for the price.

Clearly a one star motel. Older property that has not been updated in a while. Beds were moderately comfortable.

Everything was good, as expected for the money paid.

Extremely nice esp. for the price. Roomy, and a real sink for the kitchenette with a removable spray. And a real “fuller” size refrigerator. Very quiet. Very clean. Staff including housekeeping were friendly and great. Don’t be dissuaded bc some of the doors need a new paint job. (Always sand the surface before you paint as it gives a proper base for the paint to adhere to.)

If you are looking for inexpensive, this is your place. Remember, it is EXTENDED Stay, so there are people who actually live in the accommodations. There are cars in disrepair and people hanging out on the balcony and in the parking lots. It was clean and well-stocked. We only needed accommodations for one night and we were on a tight budget. Has a fridge, microwave and sink. Beds were comfortable. Those blankets/bed covers are sketchy, though. Not sure those are washed after each visit so we did not allow them to remain on our beds.

Staff was very nice. Needed more towels and due to health not able to walk to office. Asked housekeeping for extra but evidently not allowed.

Good value for the price. Very dated property, but VERY CLEAN!

The bed was very comfortable an clean but the room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped for especially the bathroom they have remodeled some of the rm but bathroom was still in rough shape also we had these three sketchy guys staying a rm away that knocked at midnight and was going to try to come in except we made them decide not to an warned them to move away from our door they were outside on sidewalk all night I was very surprised that front desk didn't do anything bout them I'd stayed other places an no way would they allowed that to go on an next morning police was there asking questions about if anyone knew them so idk what if anything happened but I was up most of night in case they came back hopefully they will do better with safety issues cuz my girl didn't want to go out of rm cuz of it

we stopped to stay the night while on a road trip. I was ok to just sleep and get back on the road. there were no spare sheets, pillows or blankets for the sleeper sofa in our room.The rooms are small and not alot of room to move around. You cannot get to the door if you open the sleeper sofa. Make sure to have cash for the deposit they do not take cards even though it says they take mobile payments on the door.
