It was really a great stay in Bologna. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Their suggestions for places to eat were really great as they were not touristy and places where local people ate which is what we wanted. Also suggestions for places of interest to visit were terrific. They were so helpful when we were trying to sort out about our boarding pass for our flight, without them we would never have managed it because the site crashed. It was a pity that I didn't ask sooner for a feather pillow as I find the other kind give me headaches. The previous hotel where we stayed in Verona didn't have these pillows but these wonderful people found some feather pillows for myself and my husband which made our stay even better. I can't compliment this hotel and staff more than I already have. Also it was very convenient to get to Piazza Maggiore and other venues. I would certainly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Lovely hotel in a perfect spot - central (only a few mins walk from piazza Maggiorre) but in a quiet street with some great local restaurants. Wonderful breakfast and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend

Very good hotel, the location is great, just a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. The staff is very friendly, the room was fresh and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast buffé! Don’t miss the rooftop, a wonderful place for a drink in the sunset. I really recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent so cannot understand some other reviews. Location superb. Rooftop terrace is amazing however €15 mandatory first drink was a bit much.

The hot water was quick and strong, and the staff are very friendly and helpful in a variety of ways. I would definitely like to stay here again, because I like this neighborhood of Bologna.

We loved it! We came in from a rainy trip and front desk was so nice! She offered us an upgrade (for a fee) and it was worth it. Beautiful room with a great patio and plenty of space. Close to everything. Would recommend for sure! Pet friendly too!!

We stayed at the Hotel Touring twice: 3 days at the beginning and 3 at the end of our trip. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Breakfast is substantial, the neighborhood is perfect for exploring central Bologna, and the rooms are quiet. There are older rooms that are getting a facelift, but are still very comfy. The new ones are more contemporary with newer elevator, stronger hairdryers, and larger safes. The terrace and garden rooms are great for a limoncello at the end of a long day of walking. The price is right and includes a buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

our stay. We had a room outside the hotel, which seemed a disadvantage, as house maid went to our room last. Room was not ready at regular tjekin time and was not made at all on our second day because 'they had a large group'...and after 5 hours out of the hotel and left our key, not made.. hopeless. Breakfast was served from 7.30-10.30 but arriving at 9.00 they were out of the warm breakfast, eggs ect. Disappointing for 4* hotel.

The hotel is ideally located in central Bologna. Main attractions are within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not so good...bedrooms ...very small and basic, albeit, i was aware of this before our arrival by reading other reviews. However, our room was very basic indeed and the bed had ill fitting sheets which is slightly annoying. Our bedroom was quiet but little or no view..into a poorly maintained and dark courtyard. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drinks.

Great Italian small street feel, location near the city centre, close to everything. Great breakfast...Italian and Canadian choices...nice balcony with your room and roof top to enjoy your drinks on and relax.

Centrally located, the Touring Hotel is exactly what we'd hoped for. Comfortable, quiet room, friendly and helpful service, delicious breakfast and within 10 mins walk of all the Bologna highlights. Definitely recommend.

Good location a short walk from Piazza Majorie. Great roof terrace to have drinks & look at the view. We had a suite as we upgraded the room, which was worth it. Spacious with a balcony

We had a great stay at Touring Hotel. It's location is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioner kept us cool during a heat wave. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

A very helpful staff, very clean and attractive property, excellent breakfast, and a beautiful terrace. The rooms are small, but no smaller than many NYC hotel rooms.
