Got trapped in Truckee due to snow and couldn’t get home over the pass. I was able to book online and get into the room early which was good. Free WiFi and a continental breakfast was appreciated.

It’s an aging hotel that has its repair needs but it’s no different than aging lodges at palisades. Friendly service and clean. I’ll stay again.

Convenient location just off I-80 on Hwy.89 (Tahoe direction). Easy acess to downtown Truckee or the other direction to Tahoe City. Quiet when we were there... it's October and everyone here is waiting for snow to fall.

The room was serviceable and clean, but there was no comfortable chair to sit in just hard chairs. I really appreciate having a nice comfy chair to sit in while I put on my shoes or just a relax while watching TV

Run down property - dirty linen was piled up behind the check in desk. Ceiling tiles were missing. Hot tub was not working although advertised as functional.

Staff was very nice and attentive. However, the property looks "tired" and in general need of attention. The carpets throughout the facility are in dire need of cleaning or removal. The toilet paper holder wasn't secured to the wall tightly which caused the TP to slip off. There was no hair dryer in the room and that shouldn't be discovered when you're in your robe and would have to go to the front desk to borrow one. ANY hotel/motel I've stayed in ALWAYS has a hair dryer.

Outdated property. No elevator or automatic doors for easy accessibility through front doors. Stayed on 3rd floor and had to haul me and dogs stuff up 3 flights of stairs in the hot weather. Carpets need to be cleaned. Staff was nice. Bfast was availble and timely.

Breakfast was convenient. Staff person at desk was very helpful. We appreciated snack vending machine as we were hungry when we got back late. Location was close to our event. However, the lobby and hallways had an odor, the bathroom floor was very sticky, the hotel badly needs updating, location is close to I80 so road noise is significant. The beds were clean, even under the mattresses. I was expecting more for the price.

Definitely an older place, but beds and room were clean. Carpet is older. Does smell like disinfectant, but honestly wasn’t that big of a deal. Our tv remote wasn’t working and the staff came up and fixed the issue immediately. Staff was so kind. For one night it was perfect. I was impressed by the breakfast in the morning. Lots of options.

I had an excellent stay at the Inn. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice- even greeted my dog! The room was spacious and clean. Perfect for my dog and I. The property is beautiful. They have done a really nice job with their landscaping and have a really nice patio area with tables and chairs to sit on. The location is perfect- across the street from a bike/walking path, near grocery store and restaurants and close drive to Donner State Park. I really enjoyed my stay.
