It very nice hotel close to do beaches , airport and room very nice and the staff very helpful. Great breakfast;)

Reading some of the negative reviews I don’t agree with the hotel was clean and well run the only downside was there is no English TV but that’s a personal choice for me there was lots of choice for breakfast but unfortunately the cooked breakfast was only lukewarm on the five days I was there that was a bit disappointing

I left my tablet and also a mobile charger in room 105 after leaving the hotel on 20th October.i have tried phoning and text messaging the hotel but have been unable to get a response.Can you get the hotel to contact me?

Very disappointed with my one night here (last night) in room 658. I checked in with a 2 year old and was given a room on the top floor. The balcony was very unsafe for that age so we couldn't use it. I had to go up some steps from reception to get to room with child, pushchair and bags and was offered no help. No glasses in the room to even have a drink of water. Remote control for aircon didn't work. Bottom of the beds we're fraying. But worst of all was the cleanliness. There were dark hairs all over the bathroom, in the bath, on the floor, on the hairdryer. I wiped a section of the carpet in the bedroom with a wet wipe and it was covered in dirt and hairs. A contact lense under the bed. Stain on carpet near fridge. Stain on headboard. Please see attached photos. Completely unacceptable. I will say that the breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Mold in the ceiling of the bathroom and shower, doors about to fall of where the mini fridge was, carpet from 1935 maybe older, lousy pillows, air condition went down and instead of providing a repair ASAP they waited until the next morning at 11:00 for a service Paterson to show up. The gave me a room as a result of the air conditioning being down that made me feel I was in the military barracks.. if you guys rate this hotel 3.75 you need to review the measuring scale you are using this is a 1.5 star at the most.

The place looks fine, but the service isn't very good. There was someone at the parking pointing us where we could park the car temporarily. He didn't make any attempt top help us out with several heavy bags while holding a baby - he literally watched me walk in and out 3 times. When we arrived at the front desk "they didn't receive any confirmation from hotels.com" - meaning I had to call the customer service to re-send a confirmation. This altogether took almost an hour and wasn't a good experience. The girl at the reception was just following get orders (she said) so no blame on her, but in a future scenario I'd suggest to be more proactive in sorting it out with your suppliers instead of letting me wait. The floor of the room was covered with ants walking around and the bed was extremely hard and had this uncomfortable pillows. The room and bathroom were clean though and the gentleman at checkout was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was run down and rooms quite dated. There was a clear ant infestation at all locations in the hotel from the lobby to the bedrooms, including the beds themselves! Food was ok, however not hot and clearly suited to the majority Spanish clientele Staff were ok, helpful when required but not happy at their jobs which put a negative feel in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unfortunatey, massive potential given location but not up to scratch for the 4* rating!

Good location. Excellent facilities. Nice pool area and outdoor bar. Evening entertainment a little loud and could be heard up through the stair well to the rooms.

The hotel rooms are very dated.

Perfectly situated between old Torremolinos and Benalmadena. Bus stop in both directions just outside. Short distance to the beach. Beautiful ocean view from the hotel room. And nice pool and garden.

Good location but hotel needs new decor and modernising. Food was difficult for vegetarians as no guidance labels put out.

The Hotel is very nice, the location is great (5 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the train station and the center of Torremolinos, and it takes less than 10 minutes by train to get to the airport from the city center) and the room was very spacious. Only one thing... We had bed bugs in the bed. At first we thought it was mosquito bites but now that we're back at home, we have even more bites... They should really do something about that and at the same time, change the mattress that was horrible! Very hard and the least comfortable mattress I ever slept on. They changed the mattress during our stay but it was almost the same. Besides that, there's a very large choice of food in the buffet which is great! (Made us sleep better!) overall it's still a good hotel for the price and the location!

Good hotel Good food,choice for vegetarians , Good shops near by, Short was to clean beech, Train station 15 min walk 110bus to Malaga from near the hotel.

Hotel close to beach ( 5 minute walk ) but not close to night clubs, plenty of places to eat close by, Hotel had fair facilities.

This is the sixth year we've stayed here (2009 to 2014) and if it wasn't for the convenience of it we would have found somewhere else. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food, which was never a strong point, is now virtually inedible and we are not fussy eaters. The buffets are the same from day to day and are not much better than school dinners. The rapid downhill shift seems to be due to the 'all inclusive' deals they have introduced for the first time i.e. they've got your money so cut corners on the food. Apart from the food, the hotel is okay. Just save your money and eat elsewhere. There's plenty of choice in Carihuela.

Lovely hotel really clean with lovely pool area and gardens. Food awful don't stay all inclusive there's some lovely places to eat out. Staff rude not helpful at all.

The hotel has definitely lost it's mojo, the good points are the pool area and pool, the poolside bar is tired and the service and quality of food poor. I think the all inclusive option (which we did not have we were bed and breakfast) has certainly lowered the quality of food. The breakfast was a similar dissapointment and a canteen not a 4* buffet. The rooms are functionable but tired as was the bathroom and in my opinion could have done with a good clean. I wish they would re-grade themselves or upgrade the facilities as this hotel was once a classy establishment and is no more.
