It was terrible toilet paper in the fan in the bathroom

Handicap room. Hole in the wall by ac unit not allowing room to fully cool in az summertime. Staff super friendly easy check in and out.

Positive: The hotel is right next to the lake where there's a beach where you can swim. They allowed us to check in 1 hour before 3pm, which was much appreciated as on the 4th July we had temperatures of 124F. The gentleman at reception was very friendly. Swimming pool. Clean and working Negative: The room was mediocre, carpet had not been vacuumed, bedsheets were in need of change, size is ok for 3 adults and the fridge is nice. The ice machine was out of order and the aircon in the room was not sufficient as soon as the sun was hitting our side on the wall. And it was really hot!!! A few people were complaining. Breakfast was terrible. We paid twice the rate because of being the 4th July and I feel it was not worth that money. The place needs tender loving care. For 1 night we did not make a fuss but I would certainly not stay there again. But it might be ok for guests with other expectations. At the end of the day it is very subjective.

i would never stay on this property, I booked non smoking and the rooms on the photos are not what the rooms look like, when i checked in they gave me a smoking room and it was a pet room. It was the only room available, I had no choice but to take it since it was a big holiday weekend, the holidays, the stairs, room and bathroom were filthy. The room smells and we found ticks in the bathroom, we left and drove 30 miles to needles for better hotel.

Nice enough people but the place is a dump. Dirty and gross everything from floor to ceiling to sheets. I wouldn’t stay there again if it was free. The place needs a complete remodel.

Low budget hotel looks really rundown dirty

The front desk lady is pretty funny and in good humor. The rooms were smalls but clean, the tub drain did not work, and the fan in the restroom screamed because the barring's went out. It's very hot in Lake Havasu City, about 107 degrees and you definitely want a window not facing the sun. The breakfast was very limited and sub-par.

The carpet in my room was so scary. Definitely needs replacement. Bed horrible. TV didn't work. Turn shower on and water sprayed all over. Yeah, not next time.

Bad smell

The property is well-located near the city's most visited sites. Its pool and hot tub are open until late at night. The room is average in size, but the A/C unit will freeze the person who sleeps near it because you can't control the airflow direction. The front desk shows the hotel has breakfast. We stayed for three nights, and they didn't have more bread on the first morning. On the second morning, the front desk employee informed me that they didn't have more bread and that the gallon of milk for the cereal was the last one they had. I didn't expect a courtesy breakfast, but if they offer it, I believe at least they have to have the basics.

Rundown, dirty carpet. Water pressure is good. Breakfast is a small muffin, toasted bread, cereal, juice and coffee. Close to downtown, Freeway entrance and london bridge.

Great place in an ok location. Property and room were clean and the pool and hot tub were excellent. Staff is also really great. I would stay there again no problems.

My room was god awful. There was nothing inviting or comfortable about this room. The bed spreads were stained. The walls were dark green and beige. Nothing like the nice pictures on the booking site. The shower was disgusting. Overall, I just felt like I needed a hot shower after stepping foot in the room.

Needs a full remodel. Window screen was flapping in the wind. T.V is crap-have to hand turn on & off, Big patch job from front door hole in wall- bad job. Torn off towel bar in bathroom, bad paint job, dirty towels, sheets & nasty carpet.. Breakfast selection has a lot to be desired.

We stayed 2 day's in room 222 it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were all great and took good care of us. Only complaint is the shower sucked.

While we booked for non-smoking but it was full of smoke smell and when we asked to change they gave us room freshner to use or cancel your reservation

I thought because it was branded with the Windham name it would be decent but the room we got was in terrible shape. The walls had been badly patched in multiple places and not painted. The mirror had been re-installed on the wall 3 inches lower then the old outline so different paint and glue was visible. The linens were threadbare and stained. To be fair the price was quite reasonable. Wyndham if you're listening either fix this place or take your name off as you are seriously diminishing your reputation
