Comfortable, friendly, with an excellent breakfast and great central location, close to train station and Westfield Mall.
4.0
They have put a five star bath into a three star hotel room! Very impressive.
4.0
The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, 5-7 min walk. The old town is a few stations (metro), around ten min. One can buy the ticket (appprox. 2 euros) in the station itself.

A few steps from the Train Station
Clean and quiet

Clean, fairly quiet , comfortable bed. Wi Fi. Good option close to station. Walk to centre about 20-30 mins. Restaurants quite nearby.

Smallest room we have ever stayed in!!

It is a gem Hôtel. Close to the train station , transportation and great restaurants. From desk staff extremely nice and helpful . Highly recommended .

My room was small but since it was just me, that was not a problem. Since it’s November, I had them turn off the heat and I opened the window so I’d have fresh air to sleep. I always sleep with ear plugs and an eye mask and I slept very well bc it actually got cold in the room.

Location to train, but in quiet neighbourhood
8.0
A smart, comfortable hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The room was small but comfortable and had everything one could want. Eccentric arrangements (call reception) for controlling A/C were a bit of a drawback, and a little ungenerous with teabags and bottle of water. Breakfast was good.
8.0
very convenient if you are taking the train, hotel was quiet and clean. The only thing it was a buzz all night, a noise that we couldn't sleep. Every 2 minutes or so, this noise. I didn't ask what was it, we had to take the train very early and we need to go. This was the only problem, the rest very good.

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. close to the train station is the reason that I selected this hotel.
We found out the sink is nearly clogged and drains very slow. It is quite obvious and the cleaning people should have noticed it.
My biggest issue is that the air-conditioner is making burst noise every few minutes.
3.0
Very small hotel with modern but small rooms unfortunately located right on the main rail line in Lyon so somewhat noisy at night.

Nice clean modern hotel.
About a mile from the city centre byut near the station and Lyon - an impressive city - has great public transport.

This hotel is a short 5 to 10 minute walk from the train station. Very convenient. The rooms are small and right next to the train tracks (very noisy) all night. Bring ear plugs. The staff was amazing and recommended Lest for dinner, best meal of our trip. All in all we would stay here again.
10.0
The hotel is extremely confortable and the staff pretty helpful and sympathetic.

AC cannot be configured
Room just front of the rail way

Everything was great, except for the airconditioning being stuck at 15 degrees. we didn't bother calling the front desk, so there's no reason for me to lower my score. Everything else, great shower, good breakfast, sturdy bed, and REAL customer friendliness made the experience very pleasurable
10.0
Friendly service and they helped me decide what to do in the city for the day I was there. I was worried it would be loud being right next to the train station but I didn't hear a single train.

too small, and noisy, it's not worth for big expense staying. if you look for 70usd per night, it's ok.

The hotel was excellent and in a very good location to the shopping mall
and a short walk from the train station.
The balcony was a bonus

Room was mostly alright, though maybe a touch on the small side. Shower was nice. Biggest complaint is probably that there was no hand soap so I ended up using shower gel to wash my hands, which is alright but not as convenient as it could be. Also a waste bin in the room (maybe by the desk) would have been a good idea.
This place also has the smallest lift I’ve ever seen! You kinda get used to that though. Good location and the staff were quite pleasant.

This hotel is convenient to the railway station. It is reasonably priced.

Hotel in good location with bus nearby into the perfect bus stop in town in 10 minutes. Room was upgraded on arrival to larger double room...but was the smallest room out of 17 hotel stays in 21 days. The bathroom had a sliding door and was tiny, you could sit on the bed & put your foot in the bathroom. There was tea/coffee & bed was comfortable but the room was claustrophobic & 1 night was enough. Also be warned..the railway line is adjacent to the hotel so if you are a light sleeper, ask for a street facing room. We used the underground parking, you must pre book a space as only about 7 spaces. It’s low ceiling & barrow so 4x4 won’t fit. We have bmw 3 series & it was just big enough for us..but tight. We didn’t have breakfast there but there are cafes nearby for less €.

The hotel is near the rail line and it is very noisy at night.

nothing worked. The a/c did not function. The door lock kept buzzing all night and kept us awake- the shower was broken and the pillows were out of cheap feathers with stems

Nice Hotel, location very handy (City Center and very close to the Train Station). Room not big but very clean. The team was very welcoming. Thank you. I will probably come back.

Close to Part Dieu train station. Some restaurants within walking distance, and its a short Metro ride to hundreds more. Excellent shower. Wifi a bit flaky, but mostly worked. Good breakfast. Front desk staff all spoke English pretty well.
6.0
Liked really excellent shower, friendly staff. Dislikes ; small room, creapy corridor, noisy air con.
8.0
This hotel offers secure paid parking which was important for us. Once we had the car parked, we relied on public transport. We bought a 48 hr pass from the hotel reception and we were able to use the bus, subway, train and the furniclar as well. Worth every cent.
Except for the rather wet weather, which dampened the mood of our walks from the hotel, it was easy to move about in Lyon from the hotel as the subway station and tram stop are less than 10minutes away.
6.0
The staff was really helpful and friendly. The location is good, just a few minutes from Gare Part-Dieu. WiFi signal was poor in some rooms, and you need to be a tech savvy to connect. Moreover, it is not secured. Central aircooler did not work, and it was hard to sleep because of noise coming through open windows.

Whilst the hotel and room were small, it was located within easy distance of the main train station and old town. There were several shops, places to eat and drink within close proximity. It's very near the famous Gastro Halles of Lyon
5.0
Excellent location. 10 minute walk from the train station and 20 min walk to all the sites. This hotel is right next to a railway so trains roll by all the time. Bring ear plugs and an eye mask and you won’t have any issues sleeping.

Great staff at the front desk that made our life easier, great hotel in a very good location. Highly recommended.

Hotel is clean and staff are extremely friendly. The service was excellent the only down thing is the room size. Very small but it is clean so for a night stay excellent

Very cool, comfortable, visually pleasing and hreat location

The hotel is small, quiet and cute, and is located only a 7-10 minute walk from the main train station in Lyon (Gare de Lyon-Part-Dieu; the TGV from Paris arrives here, as well as the direct tram service to/from the airport). It is also a short walk from the Brotteaux Metro stop. The area is generally on the quieter side, so if you're looking to step out the door into bustling activity this may not be the place for you, but with the Metro it is easy enough to travel to the more happening parts of Lyon, and if one prefers a door-to-door ride then there's also Uber (10 minutes, 20 in traffic, to Place Bellecour, the center of the city). My room was simple but modern, with a noticeable color concept for the decor and bedding (my room was red and black), and a large mirror and waterfall shower in the bathroom. Both the bed and the room itself were larger than I was expecting, given the price I paid for the room (cheap) and my experience with hotel rooms in Europe in general (which tend to be on the smaller, almost monastic side). The staff were friendly and helpful, even with my limited French; most importantly for how I travel, however, the room and the hotel at large were very, very clean. I travel a fair amount and so I am willing to be flexible on many things, but cleanliness is a non-negotiable, with convenience to public transportation a close second; the hotel had both. If I were passing through Lyon in the future I would gladly stay here again!
2.0
Good value, recently renovated and nice size room by European standards.
Not in a glamourous part of town, but easy access to train station, mass transit and walkable to old Lyon if so desired.

Very comfortable room.

Hotel near Part Dieu Station with an IKEA decoration but a lot of noise, dirty and insane. Heating was partly broken, full of dust. The room smelt deeply an air freshner unbearable. Nobody had lost his time cleaning with a vacum cleaner. In a world a horrible hotel and room. It is a pitty because the staff was quite nice.
