Overall stay was good. Friendly front desk personnel. Was told there would be daily room housekeeping. 1st day..nobody. 2nd day, bed made, but garbage left on tables and coffee area. Used (plastic) cups not replaced. Overall good stay, but prob could have been better.

It is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a lot of trouble with the door key card.

Room rate is good but then you get here and $12 parking…what!!! $15.99 for the breakfast…what??? Beautiful property but needs a remodel before you charge for all the extra fees. I have to attend a funeral and this is close otherwise I’d opt for another property.

3 stars for service because a hotel should never have run out of coffee for the rooms…ever. One of things guests count on.

We checked in to our room at 4pm on a Friday. The room did not smell very good when we entered it, but we chose not to complain. We decided to go to the hotel's hot tub that night; however, the hot tub water was very cold as the system that makes the water warm was not functioning. We then decided to head back to our room but our hotel cards kept getting de-maginitized and we had to swap them out a couple of times at the front desk. On Sunday morning right before we checked out, we received a print out that was placed under our hotel room door stating that we were charged $400 for a smoking fee. No one in my family smokes so I spoke with the front desk person about it. They said they did not understand how the system works, but that they would have the general manager contact me regarding that fee. I called the following day to follow up on this unexplained fee, but the manager was not available. I called the next day and spoke with the manager who told me they were going to escalate it to their boss and would have them call me. I followed up the next day and they said they would be calling me and that it would probably be faster if I reported that charge with my bank which seemed a little strange to me since they knew the charge came from the hotel itself. It has been over 2 weeks since this happened and have yet to hear back from the hotel regarding this $400 fee. I was forced to reach out to my bank regarding the fee. I will NEVER return to this hotel. Terrible service.

Convenient and clean stay.

Nothing stood out, everything was average. Elevator was broken.

The only negative is you have to pay for parking, but everything else is great and the beds are super comfortable

Great hotel. Have stayed many times. It is one of my favorites.

Wished that the hot tub was hot not cold. After a long day of begging out and about I would've loved to end my days relaxing in the hot tub while the kiddos enjoyed the pool, but it was too cold couldn't even relax in the hot tub.

Was traveling with my family have an infant daughter and the refrigerator that is provided in room was not cold/did not get cold and we needed to store medication. They did end up moving us rooms after complaining but this was hours after checking in and needing to keep medication refrigerated!

Everything clean and orderly and the staff is efficient and friendly.

This room had 2 queen beds, with a pool view. Checked in late due to a blown out tire and the front desk was excellent and helped us in a stressful situation. Room was super clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. The area is lovely, great scenery and plenty of places to eat around, including a restaurant across the parking lot.

The lobby, hallways, stairs, room, and pool were very clean and tidy. Like so many hotels, the jacuzzi was luke warm. I was told the heater had been out for over a week.

We were in town for our son’s ASU graduation. We needed some place between the venue and family and this location was perfect. It was quiet and clean in a safe neighborhood.

Great staff especially the girl at the restaurant, very friendly and attentive. The hotel was really nice and clean. Will definitely come when in the area.

Our stay at the Chandler Holiday Inn was wonderful. After a stressful time of travel, this facility gave us a much-needed sense of calm and relaxation. The facility, inside and out, was pristine. Especially appreciated were the staff of the restaurant who were pleasant, helpful and friendly.

All staff were very accommodating.
