This property definitely wasn't within the expectations that we have from staying at other Wyndham properties. Our first room had a really bad musty smell, the bath tub area looked dirty and there were stains on the sheet and the pillow cases. I explained the issues to the gentleman at the front desk and even offered pictures of the stains and requested another room. He did issue us another room but expressed that he would have rather just gave me a refund because he has a feeling that I will not be happy with any room. He did not seem shocked about the stains or apologetic at all so I assume they know about this issue. He issued us a new room on the 3rd floor and once we got up there with all our luggage the keys didn't work. Husband had to go back down stairs and stand in the check in line to get keys fixed. When we did get into our new room it was much better and was at least clean and had breathable air. The plumbing was a little bit of an issue though, the water pressure was minimal in the shower and if anyone in a room around us was taking a shower the toilet wouldn't flush. The new room served its purpose but for $170 a night I expected a little more and did not like the way we was treated for requesting a clean room so we will probably not stay there again.

There was no peephole but a piece of paper shoved in the hole that should contain a peephole. Felt pretty unsafe. I also think someone came in my room when I was gone and had the “do not disturb” sign up. They also didn’t respond to room requests. Slow elevator. The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was fine.

The room and the overall appearance of the place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very nice. Parking was easy. We went to ruoff and it was about a 10 min Uber ride. Great place for $150/night.

Place was very clean just a bit older elevator seemed very old other than that. We had a great experience. We were able to get the shuttle to the concert and get back very safely. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel was quite and clean. The elevator seemed like it could use a little love but overall the dtay was just fine!

Perfect stay if your seeing a show at the ruoff music center

With the name wyndham, I expected much more. Elevator is slow and terribly slow. Didn't work for almost a day. Carpets, furniture, drapes, etc. are old. Cleaning was marginal. Breakfast was minimal. Didn't even provide any complimentary drinks, like coffee, except for short breakfast period. All in all, won't stay there again.

It was okay. Room was sort of clean. Staff was sort of friendly.

Nice area. We stayed here after a concert at Ruoff. Hotel was clean and maybe 15 minutes from Ruoff.

It was what we needed for the time we needed it.

The room we were in (for a total of 45 minutes) was completely filty! I do not think that room has been cleaned ever. I do understand they are under construction but hair on the floor, in the shower and the splatter of mystery fluids on the floor and curtians threw us into terror. It was awful. The positive point the front staff was soooo sweet. He was kind, respectful, and he was honestly surprised. If the room was clean, I would have given them 4 stars on his professionalism alone.

Room was so humid our clothes were all wet and musty. Hotel is a little outdated.

The bagage cart was falling apart. There were noticeable holes in the walls the it looked like they half assly tried to fill but never completed. The sink was very stained and needed replaced. The bed was super hard. Most things looked clean but extremely used. Staff was nice but wasnt in there much other than to sleep and shower.

Stay there before new what to expect; breakfast still needs some work.

Hotel staff lacked basic knowledge of needs of customers. We booked as party of 5 via Expedia. 2 adults, 3 kids - 10, 8,7 year olds. Gave us a room with 2 Double beds. When asked where the 5th person is going to sleep, person at front desk, the kids can fit into 1 bed. What?! When asked they need to make it right, person offered a rollaway bed for an additional $20/night. What?! Room only had 2 bath towels. Asked for towels, person gave me confused look why I needed 5 bath towels? Side and back doors were not secured. Anyone even without a key could have gotten into the building. Won’t stay again.

Overall, a great one night stay. Clean. Front desk a bit slow but to be expected. Room extremely clean. Bed comfortable- a good nights stay. Shower was perfect as well. Don’t expect a fill up at the breakfast bar. Coffee tasteless.

Put us next to the noisy elevator, rooms are small, place smelled weird, beds are too hard, pillows are the size of a piece of paper and a feather, go thru a roll of toilet paper in less then a day, breakfast was cooked in a microwave or crockpot, no coffee pot in the room, towels in rooms are thin and small, side door was not locked, washer was broken, clerks at front desk spoke broken English, difficult to understand

For any review that is above 6 it is false. Although the hotel was cheaper than others, it was still not worth what we paid. First the room was not too bad, besides some repairs that were not done by a professional. The lobby, pool, breakfast were not up to date and needed major updating. The entire first floor smelled of chlorine and bleach. The staff was nice, but delays had ear buds in their ear and didn’t always seem to be paying attention. I asked for additional bath towels because the. Room only had 2 tiny ones and the front desk gave me 1 until I asked for 2 more. This was after I attempted to call the front desk and request them, but no me one answered. Breakfast was sub par with yogurt past its best by date. Orange juice was bitter and there was no apple juice in the machine. The second day there was no fruit.

It was amazing !

The first thing i noticed when I opened the door was the small. It smelled like moldy bleach. I looked in the bathroom and the ceiling was coming apart. All vents were covered in dirt and grime. There was a small chair in the corner that was dirty and had ripped and torn fabric. The towels were stained and hard as a rock. Just a completely horrible, dirty and run down place. I did not feel safe (took my valuables with me every time I left). DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Courteous staff

Hotel was clean and looks to be remodeled. Room was nice, area was quiet and the breakfast was nice in the morning. Only concern was the side door was propped open and not able to be locked. Didn't have any issues with this, just seemed odd.

We had an amazing time listening to the young children run through the hotel up until 1:30 in the morning! After contacting the front desk we were told they had no security and there was nothing they could do. After contacting Hotels.com they recorded the loud noises in our room at 1:00 in the morning. I do not recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to be drunk and have their young children running wild at all hours of the night. We were here for business and had to work the next morning. We will never stay at this hotel ever again in our lives. We won't even stay here after we're dead.

Quiet hotel close to the freeway with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel was very clean.

The property is VERY run down for the prices. It is dated and needs remodeling. The sheets were old and torn, towels dirty. Room was poorly cleaned and the bathroom floor was dirty. Would not recommend or go back.

The first room they gave us the locks (dead bolt or the flip lock) did not lock. We went down and asked for another room which they gave us. This room was dirty and not in good condition. Towel rack was barely attached to the wall hanging. In the shower on the ceiling was a hole in dry wall approximately 8 inches around. the floors were dirty with dry wall dust and just dirt. Bed was comfy but being in a filthy room was not great. would not recommend or go back.

The beds were awful and the elevator was really bad. Just very run down for the prices. Updates and it would be nice. Especially updates on the beds it was very hard to sleep on
