The is hotel located close to the train tracks and a number of ramps so it can get noisy in the room. The hotel is older, but it kept very clean. Check in with Adam was great. Rooms are a little on the small side. the free breakfast was quite good and the attendants were there to help when needed which was nice. There was no pool or hot tub which was a surprise for a Best Western Plus. The stay was fine, but definitely not worth the $335 that I paid.

King room was massive but that wasn’t a king bed more of a queen. Breakfast was alright - did the job. Staff seemed short handed at times

We have stayed here before and I enjoyed our stay. However, we had a few little comments. We found a little spider (I guess it´s inevitable) in the shower wall. And we had a room that was a bit loud because we had the highway close by and the fridge was quite loud too.

Every Staff is really friendly and helpful! Great breakfast staff too! The room floor feels damp even though it is dry. Might be humidity issue. But otherwise the bedding is clean and fresh. The pillow and bed is comfortable!

Friendly staff. Room and property were clean and well kept.
However,
1) the curtains in our room wouldn't close all the way, 2) fridge was making wierd noises during the night and
3) the air conditioning and fan would only work for 5 minutes then would shut off.
We checked in later the night before and just wanted to sleep. So, these issues were reported upon checkout and the staff member apologized.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and room was clean and welcoming. The hotel is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the train station. It was a perfect stay for an event in Toronto. We were able to hop onto the GO train strate into union Station. The trains run late which made it ideal for a concert at the Rogers center. Highly recommend.

Staff are horrible
I booked for the wrong date , called within the hour to notify the hotel. They would not provide me with a refund for either of my two nights booked or switch to the dates I meant to book for in August. The manager was extremely rude & stood by the non refundable policy even though I had explained twice I just hit the wrong dates.
Upon speaking to friends & family I was told a few different things about this hotel , not one person recommended it - I was advised to steer clear.
Stay at the Residence Inn. The staff are amazing - hotel is clean , & the beds are comfy.

When we checked in the instructions to get to the rooms was like being lost in never land. We were not notified that the hotel was under renovations, that the phone in the room did not work and the time for the "breakfast" that was included. This resulted in no wake up call and we missed the breakfast because it ended at 9AM. The halls smelled very badly. We could not turn down the AC. So, the overall stay was a disaster and even though we have stayed BW many times before we will rethink the next time we stay at a BW

There was no carpet on the floor of my room, so it felt very cold and unwelcoming. The hallway was also uncarpeted. So I could hear the echoing of walking, talking and everything else that was happening in the hallway very loudly! My room never felt private or peaceful. It was never quiet enough for a restful sleep.
