La ubicacion en pleno centro. Cerca de comercios y restaurantes. No tiene vistas pero si esta muy bien ventilado.

La escalera de entrada es empinada y estrecha. Cosa normal por ubicación y tipo de inmueble . No apta para tener discapacidad en piernas.

Great location, near the beach, bars and restaurants. Very clean and very comfy beds. Had everything we needed.

There was not really something I didn’t like but to give some constructive feedback: the following items would really be nice : a real coffee maker, a kitchen towel, laundry pins :)

The location of the apartment is excellent. It is large and airy. . The owner arrived promptly to hand over keys.

This is the first time I've booked an apartment on Booking. Com and it will be the last. The problems began at the booking stage. Normally I'm booking for two but on this occasion I was booking for four. On the site this apartment was priced at €96 for two and €116 for four. I chose and paid for four. Immediately after paying I noticed that the booking details showed two persons. I sent a message via Booking. Com to the owner pointing out that we would be four. I also messaged Booking Com. I then entered into a protracted conversation with the owner who maintained that I had to pay the extra ' on the spot' as he had been informed by Booking that we would be two. He told me that I had to communicate with Booking . Com and in fact he told me that Booking. Com were under pricing his apartment and he was surprised that it was so cheap!. After sending numerous messages to Booking.com via the app all of which resulted in me being advised to refer to the owner I gave up and accepted that I had to pay an additional am out otherwise I would lose the entire €116 and have nowhere to stay in Denia and disappoint my Irish visitors. As a final insult I was asked to pay €25 extra the one night when on all other dates I checked the extra was € 20 . I paid €20. This was not about the money but about the principle. I have learned that should problems arise with a booking on the Booking. Com site there would appear to be no way to speak to a representative of Booking. Com. This is particularly problematic if one has to pay upfront. Perhaps if the apartment owner is flexible then problems might be easily solved but this was not the case in my experience. The frustration I felt overshadowed my visit. In relation to the stay It is a three bedroom apartment but one bedroom was not available . My visitors were not a couple and both bedrooms were double beds. I had seen this on the site but was not concerned as I knew there was a third bedroom. .

I couldn't get the hob to work on the cooker I thought vladamer could have spent a bit more time to show us how to work things in apartment before he left

Amazing location, clean, great kitchen, easy check in, comfortable bed, good heating and AC. Really good value for money.

Excellent location. Very clean. Nice welcome from the key holder. Third bed was a sofa bed but very comfortable.

I should have read the info relating to the apartment because I was surprised there was no coffee or tea provided.
