I booked an online ocean front room. When I checked in, they advised me that they did not have such room available. I was provided an ocean side view room that had a bad odor. I had to request a refund and I never stayed at this hotel.

We got two rooms and they were very outdated. Nothing like the pictures showed. One room had a very small fridge. The other one the fridge barely worked and did not cool our drinks. My daughter and her husband door on their room got stuck and they couldn’t get help for over two hours! Finally the maintenance man arrived and had to take the door off because the lock was faulty. My daughter had a panic attack in her room being unable to get out. I had to climb through a small window to calm her. Then after that they switched her to another room. Around night time she realized the entire floor was soaked in water from the air conditioning. I was so upset. Then the manager just offered to not charge us parking. But my hotel room hold charge stayed on and never cleared my account! I am disgusted with this hotel. It completely ruined our trip.

Nice rooms and very nice and caring staff

Breakfast was just bagels and muffins which my husband can’t have so we had to go out to breakfast both days of our stay. The hotel was way too busy to only have one elevator working (the second was broken). The beds weren’t comfortable at all and the bathrooms were very small. The pool and beach access were the highlight of the stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Had wonderful times. Staff's were amazing, the facility nice and clean, and lots of parkimg space. I will visit Sparks by the Hilton again. Hopefully the second elevator are working.

The room was great very comfortable and clean. Oceanfront view was beautiful nice seating on the balcony! There was shampoo conditioner and soap so no need to bring any. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. however the underground parking was not the cleanest. One of the elevators was broken so wait times to go up and down was a bit annoying and awkward at times. Hope that’s gets resolved soon. Other than that was good.

Hotel room was clean and newly renovated. Some Renovations still in progress on the property. Staff was polite and funny.

I like how big the pool was but everything else was literally so boring. No plants no nothing. The place was dry as a bone as far as decor and Aesthetics horrible breakfast

I was hesitant at first to book this property because of the reviews I saw online but decided to give it a shot and see what happens being it was just for 2 nights Check in was easy and staff was very nice Rooms were very nice and updated Bed was comfortable which is a good test for me cause some hotel beds you wake up and your back is sore do that was a plus The only reason I didn’t give a 5 on review was there was no microwave in room or in the breakfast area and also it says breakfast online but it is a small continental breakfast Only one elevator worked but really wasn’t that big of a deal at all Other than that I would stay again when we come down Don’t let bad reviews scare you if this place cause some people get a little to picky and just like writing bad reviews so anyway it us a good property and it is oceanfront

I love love love the bed in 703. It was soft and comfy. I was able to fall asleep with no problem.

Terrible. I didn’t even stay there. Checked in and out within a few minutes because they gave me the wrong room. They still charged me for the night and refuse to refund me. They even charged me more than the room’s rate. I’ve tried to call and they keep hanging up on me. I will never book this hotel again.

Loved everything. The bed however was alittle hard. The pillows were great tho.

Stayed one night. Check in was smooth, they did have a system delay, so was waiting for almost 10-15 minutes to get our room key. Went into our room and when we lifted the sheets there appeared to be some red stains (didn’t know if it was blood or something else) on the comforter. Spoke with the front desk and the Manager was able to get us a new room. New room was bigger and wasn’t anything wrong with the sheets, but the sliding door didn’t even lock. Good thing is we were on the 6th floor and probably no one was going to climb through. Just very outdated. Breakfast was a bust, they only had bagels, muffins, or yogurt and OJ, coffee, or water. Not really good variety. Did like how convenient it was to the beach, but the place overall is outdated and definitely needs a whole remodeling. Only one elevator worked and we were in the 6th floor so that was horrible to continuously wait or use the stairs.

Waited well over an hour for a clean room to be ready, when it was and we settled in a staff member burst into our room. That showed us the badly lined up locks did not work at all. Staff was way in over their heads at this property. Not enough parking for all guests. They have a sign on the door reporting they are working hard to be more ADA compliant.... however elevators are all down and they allowed customers to park in the handicap van unloading lanes. Even after i let them know, the BMW was still in the handicap wheelchair lane the next morning. Parking is $10 a night.

What a gem! Great customer service! Great room right on the beach. Everything was very clean.

I did like how the hotel is close to places to eat and shopping. I wasn't to fond of the bagels for breakfast. Im more of a fresh fruit person. The parking was pretty tight too, but other than that I had a really good time. Everyone loved my dog and treated her very well. I'll definitely go back to Spark.

The room was not impressive at all. The limited furniture was very cheap, no doors or drawers, not even bottoms. The refrigerator was so small you could fit almost nothing in it. No microwave in the room. The breakfast was awful, only bagels, yogurt and muffins. Nothing like the previous owner. Still after many years of going here only one elevator works. I go to that area several times a year and I will have to find another place to stay at.

Only two elevators for this large hotel and only one of them is in working order. Parking is another issue as there are not nearly enough parking spaces for the number of rooms at this hotel. I found out after checking out that there was a $10.00 per day parking charge. This was never mentioned by the hotel staff. Pool was filthy so we never got in it.

Beautiful view. Clean comfortable room. Staff was very pleasant. I enjoyed the simple breakfast as did the kids.

I understand the property transformation is a work in process. This one did not / does not yet represent the Hilton standards I have come to enjoy. The location was convenient for my needs. The parking was limited, coffee in the lobby was cold (granted it was 9:00 PM) and no coffee when I checked out (granted that was 5:00 AM). I managed to flood about half the bathroom when I showered, based on the short shower threshold. The sheets were fabulous

We had roaches in our room. They only had one elevator that worked, the other one has been out for at least a year we were told. Parking was a nightmare. I thought because it was a Hilton property that it would be good but apparently not. We will not be back!
