I was charged a $25 hold fee when they took my payment at the desk. A month later I'm still fighting to get that deposit back. It's been nothing but frustrating.

The bed is hard as a rock very uncomfortable this time around. There were dogs barking all night in the hotel, as well as kids running up and down the hall and yelling when I was trying to sleep. I woke up at four this morning to the kids above me, jumping up and down hollering That I ended up just getting up to leave and check out at that time as I could not go back to sleep and was so agitated.

We were in town for a wedding. We found the front desk staff (especially Johnny Moore) to be friendly, helpful, reliable, and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The beds were comfy. The shower had great water pressure. The free hot breakfast was delicious.

We booked a suite with a fireplace and the fireplace didn't work and they said they would have it fixed the guy was on his way in 30 minutes and never came it kind of took away from all the extra we paid to have a room with the fireplace

Although some things were a bit dated, the hotel was overall nice. Pool and sauna were nice amenities available and proximity to things was great. Had an issue with my first room and front desk was super quick on getting me into another room. Would recommend for anyone visiting Quincy and need their dog with them.

It was a good stay, there was a boil order and i feel like they could have done a better job providing bottled water for everyone. But we love to stay there.

What I loved about the property was the overall quaintness. The staff was great. The little bar that opens outside to a patio was an awesome addition, for guests to visit with any visitors etc. The pool area was lovely and I enjoyed how the indoor pool opened to the outdoor.
The only thing I would suggest is a better breakfast. No unsweetened cereals. More fresh fruit and would be good.

Kris was working the front desk when we checked in. She advised us that the bar was open and if we needed anything to let her know because she was the bartender (self proclaiming that she was not the best bartender 😆. She was great! The room was clean, the pool area was nice with the indoor to outdoor pools and a hot tub. Breakfast was typical hotel but nice to have the option. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel! The room was very clean with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. This hotel was very cute looking. Did not have a chance to check out the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was good as well!

I like the way it is decorated. I could not find the hair sryer since it was not in the bathroom, but in some bag where you hang up clothes? Lots of dust on furniture, only dusted about one inch. Nothing further back.

For the most part it was good. We really like stoney creek as a chain. There was a moldy onage on the breaskfast buffet. Iwent to get tea. No tea bags in the breakfast area. I saw some in the lobby. I used the water craft in the lobby water was cold. Realized there is hot water in the coffee maker in breakfast room. Just a little hot water. Today the orage juice machine came out as water. Not really anyon around to tell. My husband had trouble with the internt.
Other than that it was great. I suggest the hotel staff visit the La Crosse location. They are great!

Love this chain! Always nice to have a solid experience no matter which location! This one has the most amazing pool area - even had music (speakers) which was nice while swimming. Had stayed during the week - so it was very peaceful in the morning to not share the long nice pool!
