We live an hour from Quincy. We had several medical appts lined up and stayed overnight to facilitate that. We have stayed here more than once before, but I always forget that they don't have a microwave in the rooms. Be aware of that. I know there are several good reasons they only have one microwave in the hotel (in the Lobby), and it usually isn't a problem. But, this time, I had a sore throat and had brought tea bags with me and REALLY just wanted to make a cup of tea for my Daughter and I, IN THE PRIVACY of our room. Also, there were 4 pillows on each bed. One of the four on each bed was a comfy feather pillow. The other three were flat and HARD. I was really surprised, because it wasn't like that for our previous stays and the pillows were SO UNCOMFORTABLE! The last time we stayed we stayed here, I used the pool. It LOOKED great... until I was in it and saw that there was a ring of mildew on the tiles, around the entire perimeter around the pool.
But, the service at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always great. Everything else about the stay is always perfect. We do live this place!

I was in for a funeral. I checked in late around 8pm after spending the day with family. The front desk gentleman upgraded my room for the two day stay and it made such a difference those two evenings. He went above and beyond and even came to the 3rd floor and took the luggage rack back down for me. By far the best place to stay in Quincy Illinois!! Give it a try!!

Beautiful hotel and very convenient coming from Illinois or Missouri. Staff at check-in were some of the friendliest we have ever encountered. Would highly recommend this immaculately clean hotel.

Very clean hotel room and quiet at night! Low toilet in room and no grab bar in the shower. I would need to request a handicap room next time. Breakfast was adequate but very little for someone with celiac.

It says they have airport shuttle, which is why i chose this hotel. They do not. Rooms are dated, circa 1980's. Microwave is in the lobby, not in the room. Clean room. Extra firm pillows. Staff not friendly.

this is a great place to stay. the only thing i didn't care for was their breakfast. they need to up their game a little. no biscuits and gravy, or potato's, etc. only eggs and sausage

I didn't stay there I rented the room for a couple coworkers. They said it was really nice and spacious in the room. Said everything was great , other than the breakfast they didn't care for the biscuits and gravy.
