Customer service at check in was not polite. Room TV did not work, outlet for hair dryer did not work. Floor was sticky. Room was outdated.

For the price of my stay it was really good. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant on location

Bed bugs & dirty bathrooms

The hotel we initially got was very dirty, management did nothing to make it right. I showed them Photos and they refused to change rooms , I had to pay to upgrade to a suite & even then I had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies to be able to sleep comfortable. The stench is gross, floors dirty, tv had no remote batteries, I asked for a toddler bed they said I have to go to the front to pick it up, asked for towels they didn’t have any.

TV didn't work. Breakfast eggs weren't cooked properly. But was happy to at least have a roonlm for the night. After our original reservation was cancelled because of hotel trying to charge us twice after we already were charged and not getting told about it.

After changing rooms 3 times, still didn’t get the room we booked. Gave up and brought in our air mattress.

Bed was broken, and it was stained in the bed base and sheets and blankets with white and red fluids. When brought up to the front desk they said they can go spray lysol on the room….ended up leaving the place. Also some guests were outside the rooms smoking and looking inside our car through the windows.

Homeless kept me awake all night banging on my windows. The worst experience ever.

Ice machine broken, hair dryer, tv, lamps. NO brand name drinks in coke vending machine. Our case of water and cokes were taken by house keeping. It's a trashy hotels, free breakfast wasn't breakfast at all limited items were put out for guest. My husband tried to make waffles but mix was too watery. Dirty tables. I didn't eat breakfast just looking at the place made me sick to my stomach. I would definitely NOT recommend this place at all. Go to Motel 6. Much nicer and about same price.

It was tuesday. People were uo all night! At $62 you get what you paid for!

Property was dirty had bedbugs

the pool area wasnt to bad! I didnt like that the room was put in there was people around us smoking and also you could smell marijuana being smoked close to our room. you could smell it really bad, also they claimed to not have a record of us even booking a room with them when i had proof and I had to rebook our room and it cost us more because of it. the room was ok but the bathroom had mold in and around the tub. also they dont tell the housekeeping that someone is still in their room. over all we have decided not to stay there again and also the check in staff was really rude also checking in and out

The room was not clean at all thats why i didn't spend the night in that hotel. I was scared to sleep in that bed (room). Carpet was not clean/ not vacuumed , bathroom had hair from the other people, sink had dust, stains in the mirror and counter top of the sink . I was not happy at all. I do not recommend this hotel.

Ac didn’t work well, toilet seat was broke, girl at desk suggested I might try to fix it, no breakfast as advertised, messy construction inside, laundry room was a single stacked washer and dryer In the hallway by the staircase on the 2nd floor, I realize this is a oil field town, but show us a little respect, y’all make millions and millions of dollars off of us.

If the night club was night on location I would never stay there. The club is the only reason I stay at that hotel. It’s old and need a severe renovation

I won't stay there again. The room wasn't clean. The ice bucket was nasty, had food stuck in it but no worries because the ice machines don't work. The top lock on the door was broken and hanging. There was a gap at the bottom of the door. The room was full of mosquitoes. This room needs a good thorough cleaning and some updates bringing it into the 2000s. The room didn't look like the pictures.

Several cigarrete burns in comforter and stains from what appeared to be chewing tobacco. The man at the front desk was unwelcoming so as a female traveler I did not feel comfortable asking for a new room. I left and booked another hotel.

Hot tub still broken. Hotwl manager always goes above and beyond to help me. 30 $ early check in fee, should be noted when booking hotel.

Ramada used to be a name worth staying at not in odessa its a oilfield trash /trap house hotel there's alot of sketchy stuff going on there and definitely not a place id recommended to stay with kids.

Breakfast should’ve stopped at 9 am we were in there at 8 and they weren’t going to put anything else out. They ended up shutting it down at 8:30 and asked us to finish up in our room so other guest would try to come in.

This Place is the worst pla ce In the night

First off we got this as a last minute thing only to lay our heads down, got it for 4 days. Only to find the first night that the light in the bathroom didnt work. The mold around the shower with rusty focets really made the room pop. But we were ok at first the staned sheets and towles were still not a deal breaker at this point. It wasnt untill i woke up to a roach on my 2 year old sons face to where i was like f*** this place we. Left early on the second day only for them to keep us at the front desk for 45 minutes waiting for anybody to come help us check out early. Non of the staff no english. I moved out that morning only to stomp on at least 7 nickle sized roaches as well they were everywhere. Pimps n trafficking in the parking lot. People drinking in the street and smoking like chiminys. Ill never stay at a ramada ever again tjis place was gross the pool was ice cold the hot tub was ice cold and discustingly dirty. Never stay here i wish i could put 0 stars.

Staff is great

Drug dealers and prostitution going on in the rear of the hotel . Floors scuffed badly , towel rack and vents rusted , the room smells like cigarettes. Ended my stay two hours after being there. Didn’t feel comfortable nor safe .

Absolutely love Victoria and Alex! They are outstanding in their roles at this property!! They treat you well, very welcoming, and they go above and beyond to help the guest in any way they can. Good customer service is very hard to find these days! Job well done you guys! Job well done!!
