We really enjoyed our room here. Looks like they recently renovated, and everything was very pleasant. Room was cleaned and freshly scented each day. There's a nice walking trail you can access from the parking lot, and it was convenient to everything in the Yonkers area. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had any needs. The price was much lower than any comparable hotels I found. I'd definitely go here again.

I truly don’t even know where to start. We came here last minute and I truly would have rather stayed in my car. The room was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The bed sheets had blood stains, black spots and smelled TERRIBLE. The room smelled like pure pee, no matter what we did it smelled like pee. Absolutely DISGUSTING! The towels were all dirty and stained, so was the bathroom. The floors were sticky and so dirty, along with the night stand tables. I had to wipe things down with wipes because the tables were dirty and sticky. The staff was very very very unwelcoming. I would NEVERRRRRRR recommend this place to anyone! I truly rather sleep in my car before I EVERRRRRR stay in this place again! The area was extremely sketchy, and felt very unsafe.

This is a Motel not a Hotel. There is security on premises. The exterior did not appear pleasant.

A little worn looking from the outside, but our room was updated with new furniture, rugs and bathroom. Clean, safe and comfortable.

Convenient location

I specifically chose this place instead of a large chain in order to help local businesses. Upon arrival I went into my room and within 10 minutes one of the staff burst into the room and I understand that it may have been the mistake. It was very uncomfortable. When I went to the manager, although she had agreed that it was unfortunate she was cold and acted as she was just sweeping it under the rug. After it happened, I got a very weird feeling that anyone at any time would come into the room so I decided to leave. Not without pushback the hotel manager at first was stating that no refund would be given. Thanks to Hotels.com. I received my refund and stayed at another location. I was trying to get something for nothing. I was not trying to hurt a small business but when you're resting in your room and somebody said no matter who you are, it's an uncomfortable feeling that I was not willing to deal with , a very limited day off the room was clean for the short amount of time that I was in it and I regret that I could not stay there but in the end it's about what I feel comfortable with. Sidenote, I was told that she forgot to empty the garbage cans in the room, which is why she came in , but they were all empty.

From the outside the property feels like a 1950/60's Motel, that has been surrounded by newer high-ways so access is a bit tricky. It is well run, clean, and the room was recently renovated.

They didn't want us to park our truck there (small delivery truck).

Check in is at 3 pm i arrived at 6 pm and room wasnt ready. An hour later checked in . Following day concluded meetings earlier than expected and would not need the extra day. Checked out 1:30 pm and requested a refund for the difference which was denied. Given that this place is a motel at best - its not like the room wasn't going to be rebooked

Don't like that it has because hard to get a room because they're holding a lot of room for undocumented people

This is the best motel ive stayed at! There are hotels nearby that are over double in price and are awful! The staff is very friendly and happy to help at any time! I look forward to staying here again

Excellent except the pillows were ROCK HARD and almost unbearable...As business travelers and traveling more than 1 night at a time holding $100.00 for damage fee fee EXTREMELY EXCESSIVE as sometimes the banks don't get it removed right away and that adds up on our credits over time and depleats our credit availability.

Only 33 channels were available on the TV in the room, and most were ones I would never watch. In previous stays here, there have been hundreds of channels, including all that I would ever be interested in. Only a few local channels were included and only the most liberal "fake-news" news channels were offered. This situation is a major step backwards from my previous visits.

Have stayed here before in 2015, they have made many upgrades to their rooms. Very accessible to I- 87 Southbolund towards Manhattan. Front Desk was very helpful in finding me a Dunkin. Less than 5 minutes from Hotel.

Very clean

This place is awesome. But is a MOTEL not a HOTEL, in the web it says a hotel, maybe is a typo mistake. But is a great place to stay. Breakfast is not that great, but is ok. Workers are very nice and friendly as well as polite. I like the place, close to home.
