The hot water rarely worked. There were roaches. Told the front desk and they acted like it was nothing

Clean and comfortable

You could tell something was going on with cars pulling in and out and the constant sound of the cleaning staff going up and down with clean linen. Very busy place!

Modern, clean, taken care of

They simply had no hot running water in the middle of January. Impossible to shower / wash your face with freezing water.

AC was not working, toilet kept runniing the whole night, vey ill maintained.

The bed was very comfortable. The room has all the basic amenities for a pleasant stay.

The hand soap needed to be filled.

The room was clean, though the one bed had a few holes in the fitted sheet, looked like old cigarette burns.

It was advertised as a hotel and clearly not a hotel. It’s a motel, a motel parallel to the highway which was heard throughout the night. There’s a really old “Ardsley Acres Motel” neon sign on top of the much older looking “trailer” of rooms. The room walls were painted concrete and the television wasn’t working when we first arrived; the maintenance man did fix the issue immediately.

The facility is old, but the bed was really comfortable and the shower was awesome. Very clean. Very convenient. We only stayed one night.

It must be the new thing for hotels/motels, the pillows are high so your neck is kind of bent up. The site said there was coffee/breakfast, and there wasn't any. They were about to film a TV show there and the office was taken over for that, so that may have been the reason. I would check that before you stay.

Room was excellent. Everything seemed new. No carpeting which is wonderful. All amenities included.

Nothing specific. Just not a welcoming attitude.
