The hotel is a little outdated but the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had an injury and let them know I'd appreciate a first-floor room which was very nicely accommodated. But what really impressed us was that we left an article behind in our room and the hotel contacted us to let us know and offer to send it back to us. This isn't the first time I've left something behind but it's always been me who had to initiate a request to find and return the item, so I was very impressed with the staff! A reasonably priced place ot stay for a family visit in Kelowna.

Really good for a budget hotel in Kelowna. Could probably replace the mattress, it reminded me of the old mattress in my parents spare room that is over 20 years old.

Lady at reception was very welcoming and personable. Room was very spacious with a great tub and everything needed for a one night stay. I particularly liked the heating system where I could regulate a quiet comfortable temperature.

I enjoyed my stay here. Bathrooms are a bit dated and could use renos but the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly and also kept my luggage while I was away from the hotel for a few hours. Only downside was having to only use a credit card for the deposit but otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. Hotel and room was clean. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A very 'easy on the wallet' hotel and conveniently located in between from downtown and the airport.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast had an excellent selection of options and it was restocked constantly
Oh and nice large fluffy towels.

It was cutely quaint—-yellow tub and toilet Kitchenette in the room complete with two burner stove, dishes. Silverware, pans, dish soap and dish towel, toaster. We were there 4 nights so this was very handy! Breakfast was good although nothing hot was served. We had a couple issues with housekeeping but manager responded to us

I was here with my parents for 4 days in first week of September. We really liked the Inn. The staff was friendly, the rooms were well maintained. They served continental breakfast. They provided with enough towels for 3 people, but fell a bit short for toiletries (Some bottles of water). There is a mall at a walkable distance from the Inn. Further ahead, you have Indian restaurant in walking distance, Walmart, freshco and Costco. Airport is just a 10 minute drive away.

We loved the room and access to the mall & restaurants and the staff was very friendly & helpful especially the nice young man there in the afternoons. Our only complaint was that even though we had our clean room sign out, our room was never cleaned the 4 days we were there.

The room was comfy. With the exception of finding a few things left behind from previous guests .. the hot tub is not hot..however the jets are strong. People whom work there very nice.
