It was ok - WiFi didn’t really work, but a well stocked kitchen and comfortable enough for one might

Apart from some road noise from Nicklin Way, particularly at peak hour, we had no issues. That noise was not too bad when inside.

The check in process was simple and straight forward and the hotel is nice and close to the restaurants around and not that far from the beach

Very noisy after dark late at night. No exhaust fan in bathroom, not enough cutlery I.e. sharp knife to cut up bread or tomatoes etc. limited room to prepare a snack. Television obscured by overhead cupboard. Main front door wouldn’t lock. Toilet area very tight for toilet paper holder, bathroom floor grates both loose. Lift smelt and was unclean. Lastly, towels were nice and clean and soft

Said parking was included but was no parking spots when I got back later that night. Also a used condom in the bin was a nice surprise

Staff were unaccommodating, property was not the cleanest by any mean, amenities holders broken and covers fall off when you try to use soap, paint stripping from walls, wet puddles in the undercover walk to our room.

The room was very pokie, poor ventilation in the bathroom. Bed side lamp working inefficiently- no one at reception when leaving, lift not working

Location was suitable for our needs. Check-in was ok, although a phone call was required to bring staff to reception desk. Room was adequate and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Disappointed that the Centro Bar and Grill was not open, would have been convenient

Kym, the lady in the reception was very accommodating. She facilitated everything which included cancellation of my double booking and making our stay an enjoyable one. Coming from Perth to relocate to Sunshine Coast, we had a lot of baggage plus the long trip. Kym arranged an earlier checked-in and sent two equally kind ladies to assist us to our room. Thank you again Kym. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

Only there overnight so didn’t have much time around the property otherwise was a great place for overnight.
Only thing we didn’t like is the millions of birds in the Carpark which left us to scrub our cars down if bird Pooh.

Property was nice enough, but apparently it's a party hotel. We staid two nights. First night wasn't too bad, lots of yelling and screaming but it subsided around 8pm.
Second night was horrific, we had to endure a late night party that sounded like it was in our room.
Won't be staying here again, we paid for a good nights sleep and almost needed a day off work to recover from the lack of sleep.

parking was difficult and tight coming out of the sun and going into the dark underground carpark was a concrete ledge that was too high and painted black my car wheel was damaged i have a late model Maserati the quote to repair $350 i will be seeking compensation i reported this to the attendant

This was a nice place to stay there os some stuff that needs fixing need a handlyman or someone there but good for the price. The place was mostly clean but you could see where the moping and vacuuming had been done there where patches of durt and dust. security does make you feel safe.

The spa at this property was so lovely and warm. The property itself could use some tlc. The couches weren’t comfortable and the beds were hard.

We stayed up there in this hotel for nine nights. There's few problems with inner and exterior lightings that some has been broken down before the room entry which hasn't been fixed overnight. And the interior light is also the same. Worse of all, the Ethernet socket was broken as it still remaining unfixed. The outside swimming pool(s) is very good with spa surroundings which is superb.

The fridge wasn’t working and had a towel and hand towels in to soak up the water.
Didn’t realise there were no bath towels until we got back at 11.30 last night and reception wasn’t manned until we had already left in the morning so had to have a shower and use a hand towel to dry ourselves
Won’t be staying there again as with no fridge had no milk for a coffee

The accommodation was comfortable enough however there was issue with water leakage and the manager was aggressive and disagreeing when I bought it to his attention so this was disappointing. I did not feel supported when communicating this issue.

The apartment was huge. Beds were really comfy. Huge outdoor area. Enjoyed our stay.

Springs in mattress broken. Pillow old and flat. Bed covers were bottom sheet top sheet very torn and warm thin quilt liner with second top sheet on top. Bed foot runner had “white crusty marks”. Water damage under a/c. Receipt in dollars charged American dollars. BIG RIP OFF. Avoid at all costs

The rude and very arrogant night manager implied I was not entitled to a secure parking space because I booked online. Will never stay here again - very noisy and rooms / amenities are in serious need of a revamp.
Only stayed one night - have now found much cleaner, quieter accommodation that is similarly priced but much closer to the beach.

The place was okay for what it was. The cutlery was dirty and the bin hadn’t been emptied. There was a horrible smell when we arrived. Don’t think we will return but it was good for last minute.
