Absolutely loved our stay here. They have an amazing buffet selection and the property is well maintained. The people are amazing from the front desk, house keeping, dining and children center. If you’re debating between booking here or another place book here take it from someone who has traveled quite a bit.

The hotel looked nice from the exterior, however, the area around it wasn’t very picturesque. All the staff we encountered were very nice & helpful. The massages were brilliant, we had Gerita ( proberly spelt wrong) who proved to be excellent at her job. Such a shame about the surrounding area.

Lovely family stay, with perfect views of both nature and sea, in a very peaceful and quiet location. Perfect for young families and for those that love a good long beach walk. This hotel is on a league of is own, leaving other 5* hotels behind due to its staff! They went the extra mile 24/7 to accommodate all of our needs, including food allergies. A personal, heartfelt thank you to Luis, Adam, Jimi and Niss for making our stay truly special and memorable.

The hotel was perfect. The room was large and pretty. The pool was large. The pool area never looked crowded. The beach was steps away. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious items. Couldn’t be better.

Book the Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa and sign up for the half-board option. You will NOT be disappointed! Expansive, high quality, and tremendous variety. Worth every penny. If you're lucky Adam will select a cheese course for you and pair it with their own Muscat. Truly an outstanding experience.

Wonderful warm welcome from staff. They couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. Hotel was spotlessly clean, great ambience and food was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with every taste catered for. Would definitely return.

The staff at the property and the service they provide went above and beyond what we have ever experienced in our travels at other places we stayed. The management at the hotel is on the top of their game. Pilar, Stefi, Carolina, the list goes on and on of kind and caring people there who made our stay unforgettable. The food is another thing that's worth mentioning. It was so delicious! We can't wait to return!

Excellent service and very helpful

Charming property, lots of flowers, quiet neighbourhood, nice beach. Pool is more for children rather than adults. Pool area was a bit congested. Nice staff, good service. Good check-in with lots of helpful information provided about the property. Good breakfast. Quality of food at breakfast was better than at dinner. Room was a bit dated. First night there was leak from the bathroom ceiling, which lasted all night. Apparently this was due to a problem with the air conditioning. Garden view room in block 1 was quite spacious but it overlooked Natura Playa, the rubbish area and the driveway for deliveries. Somewhat noisy and not the nicest view.

First time in Mallorca for two Canadians, and the Parc Natural was our first stop on our tour around the island. We stayed for 4 nights. Overall the hotel was surprisingly good! Let me explain. Normally we target ~400-600 EUR/night hotels when we travel, but there was nothing in that range in the Muro beach area. We picked Parc Natural based on driving location to day trips and the positive reviews. The staff and service definitely lived up to the reviews! No language barriers or communication issues at all. In fact, staff often went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and serve them before we could even ask! Extremely impressive (we are currently at Secrets in Paguera where service is a disaster for 3x the price). Other quick notes - yes the hotel grounds are definitely dated, and yes the surrounding area is a bit budget, but it’s a 20-40 minute drive away from tons of great day trips! And Muro beach is basically one giant beautiful sandbar! As for food, we only did breakfast which was quite good - lots of selection, though the smoked salmon could have been fresher (I am fussy about this…). Definitely recommend Parc Natural for 3-5 days as a strategic staging location on a longer trip around Mallorca. Not sure I’d recommend the hotel or the area at all for that matter if you plan to stay in the same spot for a week or more.

This hotel offers nothing shy off it's five star rating. The food is execellent - and it is so delicious you have to behave yourselves in order not to gain too much weight; The public area is well thought after and running all day sports and entertainment programs; The room is very clean and spacious with its interior and furniture's offers one of the best amount all I have experienced. The staff are really very friendly, helpful and efficient, giving you a feeling of time travelling into the old days…

My wife and i stayed this hotel for three nights. Everything was perfect! specially, the breakfast and dinner!! If you stay this hotel, just try it. You will realize that you don't need to reserve any restaurant during your stay. All staffs that i've seen were so kind and informative. Surely i will stay this hotel for the next visit. Thank - I am leaving below massage for Korean tourist. 마요르카에 놀러오시는 분이라면 이 호텔을 단 하나의 컴플레인을 할 것이 없을 정도로 완벽했어요! 강추!!

It was my honeymoon trip and first time to go to Spain.This hotel is super amzing to us. All staff are so kind of us and everything was perfect..I have stayed other hotels on rest of my trip..Any hotels can not compare to this hotel. My wife and me kept saying we are so missing Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa..I really appreciate what they have done for us. I would definitely suggest my friends who want to go to Mallorca in Spain..If u choose this hotel u will never reget for sure!!!

If you would like to spend a few relaxin days at the beach, this hotel is a good choice. Staff is very attentive. Very good food. Nice SPA area and Gym with new equipment. Good for families with small children. Maybe not the best choice if you are traveling with teenagers as there are not a lot of activities for them

Staff could not enough for you. Friendly personable service. Quiet location. Varied nightly entertainment. Beautiful safe beach within seconds of hotel grounds. Beautiful relaxing spa. Overall a great find. Would not hesitate to return, or recommend to others.

The ground we’re lovely and the staff could not do enough for us, every thing was clean and well maintained, but the hotel decoration feels dated. This was helped by the fact we were there we were the only people who were under 60.

A lovely place with great service. We had a good experience and were there challenges they were solved immediately. Good staff, lovely beach and nice pool for families. You do not feel crowded with people at this hotel - even it was fully booked. Lovely food and large varied buffet. The only challenge was the entertainment that was every evening. It should have been every 3 days or something like that. Of course it was supposed to be positive, but as it is a spa hotel you also expect a little calm in the evening and relaxation without entertainment every day. You can advantageously book a suite with sea view furthest from their animation program (in house number three.) The hostess was very happy and helpful and the hotel manager was found every day at the hotel and very attentive to all guests and we could feel a natural indulgence in that everyone was well. It's definitely worth a visit another time.

I dont normally write reviews but I just want to say that the staff on reception went out of their way to greet us with a free drink upon arrival and extra early breakfast when we had to checkout before 6am! We had an amazing relaxing time. Great facilities, the spa is amazing and breakfast is outstanding.

Great Hotel, nice pool and beach access. Staff was friendly and very helpful.. they went above and beyond for us. Free & easy parking. Not my favorite area of Mallorca but still a nice/safe area, and easy access to other parts of the island. Overall a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel because it was near the nature reserve, which was just a short walk away. The location for restaurants etc was very good, we ate in the hotel several times and the food was very good. The service was outstanding, the staff were always pleased to help and really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. All the staff said hello and asked if we were enjoying our stay. I would be very happy to go back to this hotel and hope we do so again. Overall we had a lovely relaxing time and enjoyed being at the hotel.
