Everything was great except the property location

Overall good.. room size bbit

Air conditioner did not work it was 27 degrees in roo. Water dripped from ceiling, when we asked about it they mopped it but it did not get fixed.

Great staff, clean. Whilst central the actual location is in an industrial area, not great.

If you are thinking of booking this hotel, DON'T TTTT.. This is not a 4 star hotel even though it is being advertised as such. I would give it a one star if I was being generous. The room was very basic, cheap furnitures all around. Mouldy bathroom was in desperate need of attention. The staff were looking miserable and tried as if they hated their jobs. The breakfast was dull and boring. We had to queue to be served by staff who were behind a glass barrier as if serving inmates in a prison setting. The area around the hotel was horrible, Piles of rubbish everywhere, Run down and industrial area. We were shocked to see prostitutes near the hotel at night. I would have definitely booked a different hotel.

Nice hotel in a commercial zone

Nice hotel, friendly staff, environs are a more like a trading estate, but lots of chinese restaurants

Ac did not work in the room. Service was horrible. Toilet was leaking. Construction was going on. Would not recommend.

Felt more like a 2-3* hotel. The breakfast arrangement is just weird: no self-service, instead you walk up to a counter and need to ask for everything you want from the buffet, which is a strange experience. Otherwise the hotel is cheap and good for a short stay, but not great.

The property is not located in the prime touristy area. However it's close enough to the metro to get to the city.

Very dated but they were in the middle of renovations so very noisy also. We arrived very late and left right after breakfast. But did its purpose. Continental breakfast was served. Well it was behind a Plexiglas and it was just weird asking for 3 pieces of bacon. We walked to the train station-- maybe not the best part of town - kind of sketchy area

The staff was so nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. The area is a little rough.

Construction.

Dirty dilapidated surrounding inner city buildings and streets. Unsafe environment prone to higher than usual theft and they watch and target you, but only if you stand out or look like a foreigner however, you can still walk the streets at day if you travel in groups or a couple just walk fast and look out for people pretending to run past you, hold your bag and don't let anyone move up behind you. My wife and I walked from the star Hotel which was our pickup point for our Amalfi coast tour. We walked straight up Via Galleleo Ferraris to Magris Hotel. Figure out where your directions in a safe place like in a diner bakery before you go to avoid pulling out your phone making yourself a target. Enough about the area, we were in room 118 had a view of some old tour and the dirty street.shower was very small even for my wife who is 5.5ft 140lbs and I am 6ft 180lbs and I couldn't turn around in the shower.coffe boiler had mold like white ionized substance on it. Breakfast was free for us but you will need to pay for dinner. Not sure about lunch. You will need to sneak in your food if you buy outside because they have a policy against it.walls sounded thin because you could hear others and this must mean they can hear you. Restaurant across the street by the gas station food is great but expensive to dine in.Buy to take out instead.

Room was perfect and staff were really helpful when needed, just not in the best area bit of a walk to the tourist areas

Stayed here for four nights, Giantruco train station is a 10 minute walk which you can use to get to Piazza Garibaldi in around 3 minutes, or a 25 minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi, Naples port is around a 50 minute walk or you drive/ get a taxi there in around 10-15 minutes, or a bus that takes around 25-30. The complimentary breakfast is good, as well as the lunch and dinner options. The outside area is very nice,spent a lot of my time relaxing there with a drink and some cigarettes. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

The surrounding area is unsafe for women, specifically lone female travelers. Staff was great, but the hotel didn’t have enough amenities where you could reasonably stay indoors throughout the duration of your stay.

It was the right place for my stay

The rooms are decent and clean. The location, while potentially practical because of the train station nearby, is quite bad. The walk from the station to the hotel is super filthy. The restaurant of the hotel is terrible, do not make the mistake of using it.

Very good hotel

The staff are friendly. The area isn't so great and I didn't feel comfortable walking back to the hotel at night. But they offer a shuttle bus from the city centre which is convenient. Our room had very old and faded carpet.

Breakfast was a bit slow, self-help buffet would speed things up

Glad to be out, so much for VIP gold one small bottle of water for two of us, very small rooms and issued breakfast from behind a Perspex barrier, very small bathroom

Very nice property, would have hoped in was alittle closer to the heart of Naples,the good thing though is that they offer you a free shuttle to center of city for frree.

The hotel was nice and new furniture, but the receptionists were super helping especially regards the attractions and advices

The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The hotel shuttle service was more than what is listed on the website and on hotels.com. I paid 40 euros when I was expecting 25. The hotel isn’t close to the city center, so they offer a free shuttle from 8:00 to 11:30, but I think it should be offered at least one time in the afternoon and then start at 8. I was unable to get a taxi to the city for a 5:30 class I had so I just missed it. The restaurant food is not to great, and seeing that they are not close to the city, I expected more from the food. The hotel overall is a good and clean hotel.

Nice place

The property itself is very nice and the staff is friendly across the board and helpful. Most especially Roberta from the restaurant. She made my family feel very much at home.
