The place is clean, everyone is friendly, the breakfast is decent. The room is spacious, the beds were comfortable. We had no issues while staying there. We come every year and stay here at Thanksgiving.

I was there for the Labor Day weekend, booked & paid for a king studio w/ a sitting area. I checked in & when I got to my room, it did not have a sitting area. The only chair was a desk chair. The room looked like it was missing a couch. The furniture was shifted around to accommodate the empty spot. The sitting area was important since I was spending several days in the hotel. I went to the front desk to let them know I did not receive the room I paid for & the room I requested in my booking. The front office woman was nice but indicated that there were no rooms available with a sitting area for that night but she could accommodate me the following day. She indicated that there are 3 rooms that were missing the couches, and that they were on order. I told her that should have been disclosed to me at the time I checked in & that I’m actually paying for accommodations that I’m not receiving. I asked to speak with a manager. I didn’t catch the manager’s name but that she would be back in on Monday. The front counter woman was apologetic & said the manager is the one that checked me in.
As a manager and in providing good customer service, I would have expected a manager to tell me if there is a shift in my paid room at the time of my check in instead of finding out for myself & have to make a complaint. Upper mngmt needs to have a discussion w/the manager that was on shift Saturday at 2:30 p.m.

The rooms are always amazing. I was not happy this stay though. The jet was out on the jacuzzi in our room and the cable didn’t work. We let the front desk know and we got nothing for it.

They were rude even though I paid for my room they wouldn't give me the room they didn't give me my money back for 5 days and I spent over $350 on the room even though I offered a bigger deposit they still wouldn't give me the room just because of the bank that I bank with sounds to me that I was discriminated

Jennifer at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. The housekeeping staff were also polite and eager to help. The breakfast had really good options to choose from. The room was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the 7 days we stayed there.

Our room had nice space but a lot of knicks in the furniture. And truthfully isn't that what people pay a deposit for so if they abuse things they can get replaced. The pool was very dirty. Literally had poop in it. So we weren't able to use. We know that is not there fault that that was some sick individuals but then the pool should have been out of service. Also other then the poop the pool was very dirty.

Staff was great! Hotel room- the AC kept going out but the room was clean. They have pool but was closed down which they should have let us know before hand . They definitely have a bug problem outside its only at night . There is homeless all around the hotel didn't make us feel very safe with our car. The hotel needs some updating. But i will definitely say the staff was friendly an helpful. The area is convenient.

This place was great, the staff here is absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options available. The room was pretty good minus the floors. The carpet was extremely dirty, it was vacuumed but definitely hadn't been shampooed probably ever. The carpet turned my socks black. My only gripe or negative experience would be that, everything else was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.

The room itself was kind of crowded if it was supposed to be a handicap room, which is what it looked like according to the pictures it was too crowded chairs coffee table were in the way, Breakfast closed at 9:30, which I was surprised at honestly not too happy. Other than that. The places is dirty with a lot of sand, which is normal from the desert could’ve been cleaner

We got last minute reservations. While checking in receptionist Jennifer was very nice and welcoming. She asked my husband, “what brings u into town?” He then explains. She showed compassion towards our situation. That meant a lot to us because nowadays, compassion is rare! Thank u Jennifer! Ur compassion went a long way and it meant a lot to my husband & I <3

Poor staff service, I stayed here 7/10 to 7/11 and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The front desk worker his name was Jose I believe, He made my stay there horrible. Very rude and unprofessional will not be staying here again.
