Amazing staff. Clean rooms. Lovely stay😃

It was a mostly good stay. The first agent spoke very quickly making it hard to understand everything. The TV in 306 was not plugged in and there was no maintenance person to fix it. ( It was not clear how it plugged in ) I had to pack up and move to 301. The bath door has a squeak, btw. The bath plug was there and worked fine. Thanks.

We rebooked this Hotel because 1 yr ago we stayed here and itcwas very nice, convenient and clean.
However this time it was not a nice stay.
We had an ADA room 110.
We found the white coverlet dirty with stains took it to tge desk and asked for another one or a blanket they had none.
The shower was a walk, wheelchair roll in, the floor was old small tiles coming up, the duel shower head was held on by packing tape to the shower wall, the back ADA handle was loose and cover plate coming off.
I would not let my Husband use the shower because itcwas unsafe for him to stand in.
The shower chair was way too unsturdy as well small for anyone to use.
The ADA handrail cover by the Toilet was also coming detached from the wall.
The property outside was surrounded by ant hills all over the side walks. The grassy area for our Service K9 was driry with dog waist.
The trash basket was so full and smelly.
I walked my Huband's Ser ice K9 to the grassy area down the street.
We will not stay at this Hotel again.
I am a Member of the Wyndham App and I have never seen any of their properties or affiliates so bad.

I did however let the Front Desk Attendances know they need work orders for everything I listed above.
I was in Property Management for 23 yrs and if I had a Property like this I would have been fired.

I loved it..The house keeper came the bext day asked if we need a room clean or if we needed anything.Stayed at a few hotels and was never asked I thought that was awesome.Very clean and loved that they had dove products.Awesome just awesome.

This place literally backs up to the freeway, room was tired, paint peeling, walls in bathroom damaged, two tv's that when you turned off one the other would come on. Needed to manually turn off the other, kinda weird. Bed rolled us both to the middle all night I.e. a low spot in the middle. Outdoor area was small and uninviting. Just overall less than we expected from the great star rating on several sites.

The first room smelled like smoke. They did change rooms but the second room was musty and the air conditioner smelled like sour milk. I stayed at a Wyndham in San Diego the week prior and had high hopes for this one but was truly dissatisfied. Don’t waste your money.

After a rude treatment at Holiday Inn, the staff at La Quinta made up for it. They gave us a ground floor room, told us of restaurants near by & were very welcoming.
