The only problem was that the shower head was inadequate for the bathroom which let the toilet/bathroom down. I also think it should have had a bath mat for the bath as very slippery as it gets wet. Overall a very good stay.

Great welcome from the moment we arrived to the last goodbye! Excellent room, great location for the beach and bars, plus bus stop right outside (explore the area for less than €2) Breakfast was decent, plenty of options and nice surprises as the staff wonder offering cava or a pastry. We took the junior suite, good size, sofa, balcony with a good sea view. Catering for grown up kids and adults - which meant a very chilled pool area and again well stocked and serviced bar and kitchen Will be back

Lovely little hotel, almost boutique style, in a great location near to the beach. Really comfy huge bed, nice bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. Our room had a fridge, kettle and good air conditioning. TV small for the size of the room but that’s my only slight criticism! Pool area clean and tidy with comfortable sun loungers and towels available. Nice little pool bar offering a good selection of drinks and food.

Hotel clean, staff lovely, food good, beds too soft, that's a personal thing, Only downside, booked a romantic package as a surprise for my wife, upon checking in they asked for payment, and the wife asked what for they told her, When we mentioned it to reception they just shrugged there shoulders and said new member of staff, he didn't realise no real apologie given spoilt the surprise.

Really very good staff so friendly hotel spotless and drinks and food not over priced only thing let’s it down is the heated breakfast side is not warm enough and cups not big enough to make a proper cup of tea they need to be mugs

It is a small but very nice Hotel. Very clean and very relaxing time as a couple.

Room was lovely and clean, view was nice of the pool and sea in the distance. Was very quiet and slept well! Check in and out was easy, they let you store your luggage when you leave so this was helpful if you have a later flight. Could not fault the breakfast, it’s everything you need for a decent meal. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The pool was nice and the 3 hot tubs were an added bonus. We will definitely recommend to friends and will return! Thank you!

Very nice staff, good service and always happy to help us out. I recommend everyone to book a trip to Gibraltar from the hotel, it was a good experience. The pool was nice to, close to the beach and the view from the room was amazing. I will come back:).

The hotel was great, the rooms are amazing and the pool area with 3 jacuzzi’s was a bonus, will definitely be returning. The only one downside I would say it that it’s in abit of a rundown area.

Second time at this hotel & just as good as last year, excellent room good shower & air conditioning nice breakfast and brilliant staff. Plenty of room around the pool will be back soon.

The hotel interior is modern and majority is well kept. Hallways are a bit dark and carpet is worn in parts. Pool area is noce however do not go bare foot the astro turf and slabs are like lava in the heat. Reception staff are friendly and nothing is to much of an issue. The only issues we came across and its issues that would stop me returning. The first issue is staff member whos name i believe is milena is rude and abrupt an unfriendly individual. Second issue no outside food. We were self catering and this rule was enforced strictly making it impossible to even enjoy basic things like water by the pool without paying their inflated price. Thirdly food is of poor quality and takes forever to be made. This is for the snack menu by the pool. We had 2 pizzas and both were very sickly and tasted awful, this was after an hours wait as well. I seen another person complain that their roast chicken was disgusting and had it sent back. Overall nicer places to stay with friendlier staff.

We enjoyed our stay, staff were brilliant, so helpful. Breakfast was great, good choice of food etc. Very limited cupboard/drawer space in bedroom, had to use our cases. Could have done with some glasses in our room & we missed not having tea & coffee making facilities.

Very friendly and helpful staff always with a big smile, reception were excellent on check-in. Beautiful room, decor was really cool and bed was very comfortable. We had the best cold beer at the bar by the Pool. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Booked this hotel for a short 3 night break for my husband and i. Neither of us had ever been to Torremolinos and we were not disappointed. This is a fab hotel. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean and the pool area is spotless and well maintained. Sun loungers have soft mattresses which were amazing. We only ate lunch at hotel pizza mostly and it was lovely. The bedroom's were spotless and changed every day. Also the shower just Wow!!! A small mini fridge which was handy for water etc. Every wee detail has been thought of here and we absolutely cannot wait to return. Thanks for making our holday so enjoyable.

Lovely hotel. Definitely 4 stars. Cannot fault much at all. Beautiful rooms, great air con, very comfortable. Maybe be nicer if they had a proper restaurant in the evenings (not used/closed) rather than just a bar/pool menu outside, and air con in breakfast room would have been nice. Very nice breakfast choice though. Best buffet breakfast I've ever had. A little away from the front but just a 5min walk. Area around the hotel very run down. Lovey pool area. Very clean. Watched them fully clean the spas every morning. Would reccomend to my friends.

A wedding anniversary break away and the hotel looked after us really well during our stay .

Staff was lovely when i booked room supose to be room with sofa big room it was small supose to have kettle. Mini bar . Iron didnt find any of them in the room
