Can’t grumble for the price, though bulbs missing from bedside lights and quite a few rogue hairs in bathroom and in sheets. Otherwise a pleasant enough stay.

All the staff were brilliant, especially cheerful Angela who went over and beyond the call of duty, making sure that people who did not have blue pass vacated the spaces so I could park there. That was very appreciated as I can’t get out of the car unless I have plenty of space.

Good and comfortable hotel. Privately secluded even though it is at a services station so I felt safe as a female solo traveller.

Well the bathroom was a little dated could do with a lick of paint but was fairly clean. Being at a services only one place to eat in walking distance but not too bad

Wrong link on the email address leading to 70miles away destination from the property. I told the reception that they need to fix the link sat nav. There were insect crawling in the bathroom. There was no shampoo/shower gel in shower.. Bottle was empty.

Very clean, basic amenities, had tea making facilities and a hairdryer. Wifi wasn't great and tv sometimes had no signal. Staff were friendly enough.

Negatives: tired and dated look but the positives outweigh this. Some updating would improve this hotel.

The Cleanliness is impeccable.Must stay place only thing which i feel can attract more tourist is,if they offer cooked breakfast in the lounge.it would definitely have an edge on others.rest no issue,all great :)

Last minute booking, room was clean, comfy bed. Friendly lady on reception. Convenient for shops & services. Would stay again.

great stopover after a cardiff concert. Great to be able to charge the E/V. Room was clean but basic. Had everything we needed. Reception lady was really helpful, changed our TV batteries.

The room and bathroom was dirty. Despite asking for another cup they didn’t find us one. Sorry but a poor hotel

On booking there was no mention of charge for a dog.Initially refused to pay and forced to pay or go elsewhere at late notice. I would be grateful for a refund of £15 and am considering taking matters further and will never again book with Days Inn.

Staff were amazing, using a real human approach to their job. Youve got a a great team that work together and understand that their customers are people too. We had some awesome chats with lewis in particular during our short stay and can see hes destined for big things in his life! Truly cant wait to see and hear what he gets up to because no matter what he does hes going to absolutely smash it just like he did with serving us during our stay. Keep up the good work guys, it can be hard sometimes but just keep those big grins on your faces. We'd definitely stay again just purely for the staff friendlyness towards our whole family!

At the time we checked in on the evening of Sunday 3rd March we received a lovely welcome at reception and we really enjoyed our stay … our little dog received a great welcome too from the Staff and our room was warm and cosy

Have stayed here a few times always great. Lovely helpful staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and super for doggies. Such a fantastic price it will never be beaten!!

Really nice stay yet again, staff were lovely and moved us to the correct room, a double was booked but was with my son, and moved me to a family room with no hassle at all. Would recommend, and really good value.

Despite it's convenient location at the services, it was very quiet. Parking was easy (just remember to log your vehicle at the desk) and plentiful EV chargers at the services. Room was great although it could do with having a chair in the room.
