I liked everything - the room, the restaurant, the beach, the spa. All the staff was very efficient and always ready to help. I cannot name them all, but would like to specifically mention Panos, the waiter in the main restaurant. His service was truly outstanding!

Rooms, parking, breakfast and seaview is good. Bathrooms needs renovation.

Our recent stay was good. We’ve now stayed in all the major beach hotels in Alexandroupoli and found this in the top three. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was well stocked though the staff had a hard time keeping up between 9-10am when it was crowded. The service was great from all staff. The buildings are a bit care-worn and could use some freshening, but they functioned fine.

Great stay, friendly staff

I was very happy with my stay. The staff were very friendly and supportive and genuinely interested in my well-being. The restaurant staff were very helpful explaining the available choices. The room was clean and spacious and fresh. The sea view was amazing. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel itself was older and the rooms could definitely use some updating but the sheets were stiff and not very comfortable. The wifi was was miserably slow and didn't work half of the time. The resort is also too far from the city center to walk and a taxi will cost you about 6 euros.

amazing swimming pool area. Room were clean and comfortable. unfortunately there was a wedding the day we were there are they needed to clear out part of the area around the pool but the staff tried to accommodate us.

This is quite a typical Greek hotel, but in great shape and nice size rooms. There are many restaurants near by and there are many attractions to see.

The pictures of this hotel make it look nice. It is in need of an update for sure, doesn’t look touched since it was built. We arrived in our room to find probably about 15 flies, it made us feel it wasn’t clean, after going on a fly hunt, we saw that there were spider webs all under the lighting panels, we tried to look for spiders but couldn’t see any. However in the night my 10 year old daughter was bitten 3 times on her ankle by what looks like a spider. They were big, swollen blisters, unlike her mosquito bites, that were little red lumps. We had 2 little birds nests on the balcony, but we kind of liked this. The play park is tired and poor, in need of restoration. We were disappointed that the indoor pool is only for over 16s as the outdoor pool was never open during our stay. We waited around for it to open, but by about 11am we gave up and left. The buffet breakfast was ok, although we felt like the staff were just hanging around and watching us, I’m sure they wasn’t though, probably because there were hardly any guests. Again there were a lot of flies around the food, which was off putting.The staff in the spa were very nice and helpful, went that extra mile to inform us of places to eat, we really appreciated this. Overall I was disappointed by this hotel. It needs an update and some kind of bug control. Also needs to consider guests with children...kids like to swim and play.

It was a quiet hotel outside the city, only English language could use better.

A short one ;) Only an overnight stay. Quite comfortable, but not a 5 star at all...

We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was nice.Maybe some parts of the hotel need updating and couple of those 5 stars have now faded away.However, the staff and service are great!
