It was a good value for a quick business trip. Lots of places to eat around.

Certainly not the worst place I have ever stayed, but absolutely not worth the $150 that they were charging. Parking lot is cramped and shared with a few other hotels. There was a guy sitting behind the next building smoking weed. Was charged a $100 deposit when I checked in, in addition to the room fee. Room was big, but walls were thin so I could hear the conversation on one side and the screaming toddler and TV on the other, and unaccompanied kids running up and down the halls. A/C didn’t work, but it was cool enough outside to just use the fan. I sank about a foot into the mattress when I sat on it - no joke. Bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was fine - nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing bad either.
I realize the entire region is still dealing with the effects of Helene, but I have a feeling that the 8.4 rating this hotel gets on this site has been artificially inflated. This was a below average experience and realistically probably in the $75 per night range, but I was traveling and looking for a place last-minute. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have options.

The hotel was quiet and the bed was firm but comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. It had the typical bagels, cereal and make-your-waffles. It also had some form of eggs, potatoes and sausage every morning. The front desk people were very friendly, as were the breakfast hosts.

OK, the rooms are fine as far as hotel rooms go. However, the chemical smell in the rooms and hallway were quite pungent. I think this detracted from the quality overall. Predictably, our USB ports were very loose and/or broken.

Check in was easy and quick. The room was very nice and well laid out. The remote was missing batteries so we had to go down to ask for some. Then we realized that the TV was missed a cord but the person at the desk was helpful. In all we had a nice stay.

This hotel’s staff provided a service that I would have expected from a 4 or 5 star hotel. Every single staff member I encounter was gracious, made me feel like they wanted my business and did whatever they could to make my stay as good as possible . This was a business trip with some special requirements. Very comfortable room, satisfactory breakfast, many restaurants in the area.

This hotel wasn't bad at all. It's close to the expressways, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. I loved my room size. My ONLY complaints were the pillow were too soft and they missed some spots vacuuming ( saw some crumbs on the floor in spots) other than that, everything worked, staff was nice and it was a pleasant stay

I had a wonderful experience at the quality inn and suites off of I-20. The staff was wonderful. The property was maintained well. More importantly the bedding was clean and comfy!!! This is one quality inn you dont want to skip over if you're on a quick business trip.

I needed me some me time. So a night to relax and think is what I wanted. The Quality inn really delivered. This location is great. Plenty of eating places and quiet area to get some rest. This is my go to relaxing location.

Parking was a nightmare with 4 hotel/motels being in the same area. Elevator was very slow and kind of questionable. Most of the staff were great but seemed a bit over worked.

This was a nice enough hotel for a night's stay. The price was pretty good. It looked like new carpet had been put in relatively recent. The front desk clerk was friendly and check in was quick. We got a king suite and there were 4 small pillows. It's like the pillows were meant for a twin size bed. The room carpet was damp, possibly from the humidity. There was a stain on the bed cover. The bed was okay comfort wise. The toilet didn't flush very well. The breakfast was good and clean. I got to the breakfast at 8:45 am and the close at 9:00 am. At 9:05 ish, the lady servicing the breakfast area was nice and asked me if i wanted anything else before she started closing it up. I thought that thoughtful of her to ask. The parking was kind of a tight fit. There were hotels on the 3 sides of this hotel, so our view was of the windows of the next hotel. It was okay to stay a night or two, but I don't think I would stay there long term.

The room had an old room and moist smell, andf the bed covers and seater had a lot of stains. We have a security issue around 11:35 pm on the first night of our stay, when someone tried to enter our room twice. The security latch stopped the individuals from entering. I had to push against the door from the inside to stop room entry the second attempt. I called the front desk shortly after the situation, and was given a vague explanation of double booking the room. We checked in at 3:45 pm that afternoon, were assigned our room, so there should not have been a double booking. The rest of the stay was ok.

The room had a funny smell, like mold. There were crumbs & hairs on the box spring. The pillows were twin sized on a king sized bed. The mini complimentary lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were already used. There were only 2 towels, wash cloths, and hand towels in the room. The front desk gave my son a hard time when he asked for more.

When I arrived, my bathroom smelled of smoke. I mentioned it to Mr Patel at the front desk, simply because I didn't want to be charged for smoking in the room (I don't smoke). Mr Patel immediately gave me a different room. I really appreciated that. Thank you.
