First room not clean - requested change. The bathroom in second room was clean, but the shower fixtures were old and corroded. The towels were years old and yellowed and carpet was stained beyond repair. The lighting was dark and needed updating. Housekeeping services were not offerred on Thanksgiving which was ridiculous; cleaning was skipped day prior to holiday which meant no clean sheets or towels for two full days - absolutely unacceptable.

We ended up have to move to different room because our original room smell like somebody did smoke smoking in the room so, request to move and did moved but the card reader isn’t working very well.

Their Key Card system was not working, had to wait to have someone to let us into our room. Average wait was 10 minutes. This had been out for over a week.

No keys all SOLD out weekend.We had to be escorted to our rooms each time we entered our rooms.This hotel was in need of a renovation.The staff always were very kind and the location was good.The price we paid for an IU weekend event was exorbitant.

The property overall was dirty and tired. I stayed here probably 30 years ago when I was in college, and it looks like it hasn't been updated since. The beds were comfortable, but the condition of the carpet was filthy, and the bathrooms had mold in spots in the shower. The staff was very friendly.

This was one of the best places we've stayed in this price range. Very clean, even though you could tell the carpet and pull out couch were a bit faded and carpet had a few stains, but it smelled nice .You could tell it was an older hotel that got a nice facelift.Bed was very comfortable, sheets fresh and clean. Air conditioner was working well and not super loud. Breakfast was awesome, so many choices, hot and cold. Super easy check in and out. Definitely would stay again.

The pool was small and too crowded. Also breakfast too many people and they had trouble Krup with enough food on breakfast bar.

Pool was not operational and the elevator didn't work for a brief period. The staff and good were wonderful.

Property was well maintained and seemed newly renovated. Room was clean and everything worked. Could have used more power outlets for phone charging.

Pool and spa were closed. Housekeeping was nice and thorough. Front desk staff was unhelpful and disinterested in doing anything which is pretty typical of this age group.

Booked in advace 6 months ago. When we arrived the pool and spa was closed. On a Saturday night, a fully booked Hotel. What a disappointment. We specifically booked that hotel in accordance to our travel schedule. A nice swim/spa after a long travel week. This is why we booked so far in advance. This hotel chain is really missing the mark as of late and getting worse year after year, disappointment after disappointment. Slowly degrading every aspect of quality and comfort over the years. Sadly i will be moving on to a different chain.

There was no hot water at all.. We had to take cold/warm showers. Staff was rude. We travel a lot for work/sporting events. Will never use HolidayInn again.

Smells moldy/mildewy when you first enter the building. The lobby area seems like an old folks' home area. The rooms were decent (beds were comfy). The first elevator wasn't working properly (the buttons wouldn't light up but the doors closed) I had to press the open button various times before the doors opened and I exited and used waited to use the other elevator. The key cards are iffy (you had to swipe fast for it to work). The ice tray was dirty and had water in it (so I didn't use it). Opened the door to let guests in and a roach came in too (used a towel to kill it).
