The staff at the desk was fantastic. The breakfast was an average level buffet style, make your own waffle and scoop some eggs. Everything was very clean and abundant, but just average. Tea and coffee available throughout the day. The pool was much cooler than what we would have found comfortable or preferred. position to old St. Charles without it's a great deal of noise from the road. It was perfect!

This hotel is very close to historic St. Charles downtown. Lots of options for dining, shopping in walking distance. The hotel rooms and hallways are spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staffs are friendly, specially in front desk. I always stay in this hotel for business trip. Good choice for breakfast. Beautiful Katty trail nearby.

It was very good minus the air not working properly as the room temp never went below 70 all weekend

The best feature of this hotel is how it is so close to great restaurants and shopping in St. Charles.

Definitely will be back. Was very quiet. Never heard any noise in the hall. Breakfast had plenty of options for everyone including our kiddos!! Staff was super friendly!

Wonderful base for exploring riverfront st Charles

This worked out well for our field hockey team.. The lobby (and the staff) was accommodating. Breakfast was adequate and the staff worked tirelessly to keep things replenished.. Great location as well.

Nice hotel in downtown St. Charles, MO. Room was very clean and comfortable. Central AC with thermostat in the room. Walking distance from historic Main Street with a lot of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Free parking in the basement of the building. Would come again. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced, not overpriced.

Very comfortable hotel nicely outfitted. Excellent location on the Katy walking and biking trail and adjacent to old St Charles. And the mall is only a half mile away too. Easy to get to st louis from here. Not fancy but nice.

This hotel was very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant! The breakfast was very good! Everything was very clean! Walkable to town and the festival we were going to.

Amazing breakfast & the woman in charge of this was very pleasant unlike every hotel I’ve ever stayed at. She made our mornings start off right. Very spacious room! Plenty of space to move around especially since we had numerous bags. Looked nothing like the room I selected but after a couple of hours, I forgot all about it. Amazing set up! - Bathroom did NOT have an exhaust fan. It was very uncomfortable having to take a poop knowing either myself or my woman guest had to smell the aftermath. It filled the room and the windows were sealed shut. - Carts for luggage/bags weren’t available. When I asked the greeter at the front desk her response was, “Yeah… we don’t have but maybe 2. Hopefully it’ll show back up within the hour.” She seemed bothered that I even asked. - 1st time ever staying here & the parking was very poorly relayed. We figured it out by speaking with other hotel guests how to go about it. **Overall, for the price I paid for 2 nights, with the accommodations & bad service, I would’ve expected 1/2 that price for my stay. Might not return but I do understand that people might not always display the best version of themselves but they have to keep their composure & professionalism representing the company. I was just hoping for a better experience for my 4 1/2 hour drive back to my hometown for the first time in 10 years.

Got there late only to find they had sold my prepaid room. Cancelled my reservation and walked me to another hotel that i had to pay for. I assume my refund will be forthcoming

The location was perfect, and it was very quiet during my stay. You say there’s free parking, but you don’t have close to enough spaces for everyone if you have a full house. I was handicapped and had to park outside of the structure much longer walked to the Elevator and the Sidewalk was not level. Also found a spot on the carpeting near the bed.

Great location for food and sightseeing. Room and bathroom were clean. There was a tub. Would have liked some more toiletries. Glad I brought my own for a bubble bath. Front desk folks were friendly and helpful. Will stay there again if in the area.

The hotel is conveniently close to downtown and the park and trail by the river. It is nice and well kept and breakfast was good. Our room on the first floor facing the street. Next time we’ll ask for a room on the back

Property was great. Breakfast very good. Only problem, I used contactless checkout and did not receive an email receipt that I was told I would receive.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. I would most definitely stay here again!
