Completely met our expectations. About 25 minutes to Gillette stadium which was our destination. The hotel is right next to a large shopping center so anything you need is right there. The room was clean and well equipped. Hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, home fries and bacon one day and sausage party the next day. Indoor pool.

Very comfortable bed. Clean room and no funny smell. Water pressure is weak though. In room microwave and fridge are a plus. Plenty of parking spaces. Decent free breakfast and complimentary cookies for afternoon snack.

Staff was rude. We stayed here for a concert and didnt get back to the hotel until about 130 am after checking in. When we got there we could not get back into the hotel the front and side doors were all locked. Took us banging on the door and trying to call for anyone to come out of the room behind the front desk. It looked like we woke her up. I was not pleased at all! Will never stay here again!

This is a 2-1/2 to 3 star hotel. Smudges on the walls in our room, all the outdoor windows and glass doors were dirty, the curtain in my room was sewed together. The light was blinking on and off in the lobby toilet, and so on.

They took my deposit plus another big charge on top of the room charge!

Mary did a great job helping us. Housekeeping cleaned the room Sunday but did not fully close the door when they were done.

It's a really good night that I stayed in this Hotel. Good front desk, clean indoor environment and even those handrail installed in the bathroom for senior people. Nice and friendly.

Rooms were clean but the front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Didn’t program my key cards to get in and lady seemed to be irritated with me for it? Too lazy to get more hot chocolate packets and instead told me they were out. Bathrooms my exercise room had no soap. If you don't like your job get another one.
