Breakfast was great. Plenty of food. Lots of options.
They closed the pool at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. For all of us there for a basketball tournament the pool was why we picked this hotel for the one night. Very bad timing to close for chemical balancing.

My husband and I love the beautiful bedroom. It had a leaving room and a complete kitchen. Super comfortable. Staff is very kind. Delicious breakfast included. Parking included. And the most that I like is Pet friendly. 100% Recomendable. 5 Stars.

Worst experience I have ever had .
Cancel my reservation on me without my My consent or even wanting to happen. Then tell me they'll charge me the same rate but charge me more money for a room that had no AC and left me in there for almost the whole day until they switched me to a room that wasn't cleaned. Had blood all over the sheets. S*** on the toilet and when I try to talk to them about it. It's all well. This. And oh well that
Then I got food poisoning from their breakfast and as I'm puking my guts out because they wouldn't extend my time to check out, I get another day and then they charge me more money in bigger rate than they would be charging for the weekend for a Monday. Of all things you got to be kidding me already. I used to stay at this hotel on a regular basis in this brand for months at a time almost and I have never experienced this kind of dirtiness this kind of disrespect and this kind of ignorance in my life like I had a room with no toilet paper. Who does that? Not even when you just get into the room there was no toilet paper. I had to go find toilet paper. That's how unprepare the room was. They switched me to

The property was clean, comfortable and more than adequate for our short stay.
The cleaning team didn’t come in to change our bedding and towels as frequently as we liked. But a request at reception sorted that straight away.

I have previously stayed at this location for months at a time and never had a bad experience and the staff was absolutely amazing and professional. So when I helped a family member with a reservation merely since she asked me if I can help find her and her husband a nice comfortable hotel with a kitchen, not once did i anticipate the inconvenience and unwilling to even remotely accommodate a guest when there was a severe cold weather emergency in place and I made prior reservations and had credit card available at check in, but bcuz it was third party reservation all of a sudden there’s a problem with the getting the room.

The front desk staff was so rude and standoffish. She showed no interest at all in helping us. I think her name was Trudy. You need to train your staff to treat people with respect regardless of what they look like.

Breakfast was great one the first day, however the sausage was dried out on the next day.
Not able to use the pool , and whoever that was in the room over room 104 was noisy! We only book to stay because of the hot breakfast, and to use the pool.

This hotel is not so far from Boston downtown and we can use free parking lot. The breakfast had a good variety and I was able to find something that my little one could eat.
The bathroom was not clean and there was no bathtub plug. Amenities such as a body lotion bottle seemed to have been not changed (when I opened the lid, it was badly stained). The staffs were not so friendly. There were pipes scattered outside the window. The noise coming from what sounded like a boiler room at the end of the bedroom was annoying.

Hotel was under reno: our rooms were unavailable. We heard 1 day prior from a friend who booked directly. Booking .com was supposed to relocate us, according to the hotel, never did, and we were left without any rooms. We had 4 rooms booked thru booking.com, were coming for my daughters bridal shower, flying in from out of town. Booking.com dropped the ball big time. Drs cary and mark fili
