We needed a place for a short stay on the way. The room was a bit small for 4, but bathroom good, and exactly what we needed for a short night. The man in charge waited for us quite late and also arranged small bags with some food in the morning - very useful for us leaving early. Thanks! Pity we stayed only a few hours.

We got stuck in Rawlins by an unexpected winter storm. We were in our way to Seattle from Texas to see our new grandson and knew nothing about the weather in this area. Joe E. Was extremely helpful in helping us find safe routes. When Interstate 80 was closed for over five hours, the lady at the front desk (an older lady with blonde hair and glasses) was amazing at calming me down. She was both comforting and informative about the travel conditions. Staff is amazing here.

The building needs help the restaurant was not closed and the bar was only open with no food. The rooms needed serious renovation and remodel as the carpet is so outdated soiled stained and very musky smelling. One of our parties had an actual Mouse inside the air conditioner unit that her dogs found.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom a little dirty but we got a discount for that. I believe the listing said breakfast buffet but it was only a pre-packed paper sack breakfast

The website add said they had continental breakfast buffet. They did not. It was a grab and go bag, muffin, small applesauce and a small juice. Otherwise it suited our needs. It was conveniently located. Rather dated.

It was cheap, bed was awful, toilet was so weak it wouldn’t flush just paper, housekeeping knocked around 8:00 to come in and clean, appliances plugged in via surge protectors d/t not enough plugs.

I was surprised with the breakfast in a bag. I didn't ask about it because I believe in the "industry" and among tourists..."breakfast" is quite different.

Had a pool side room. Court yard was clean and comfortable.

The bedroom was okay, but the bathroom wasn't that great. The bathtub spout was broken so the water would continue to come out the bottom even though the shower head worked. There would be a pool of water at my feet when I showered. The tiles were also cracked in the bathroom and some towels were dorty. Hated the bag breakfast and the staff at the front were unpleasant. Coffee was gross. The cleaning people also knocked on the door early in the morning for room service when we were still getting ready and only staying one night!

This property says restaurant on property and hot free breakfast. There was no breakfast and the restaurant on site was never open. I was very disappointed. The only good thing was the price. I even had a difficult time finding help at the registration desk and usually had to go looking for the woman that work at the desk.

Carpet was stained, strange characters hanging around outside, hotel had a bad smell, and we were worried about stuff getting stolen out of our car. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! But we were so tired from traveling we just made due.

set of towels is only for one person so i have to get 3 more sets of towels. Sink faucet was leaking and was issued a choice replacement rooms but as i was walking to check the rooms, the catch up on me that the intended rooms were actually assigned to oncoming guests. So they offered two rooms instead but again chnaged their mind and finally assigned us

This stay was not the best. There were some problems. Mostly in the maintence area. Worked with management too look into the problems.

Not a brand new property shows its age. Overall clean. Show age and wear and tear. Good for price point. We don’t like to spend too much when we are only using room for shower and hours sleep. Got in about 8 pm left by 6 next morning. Linens clean room and bathroom clean but dated.

It was dingy, the light in the bathroom was dim and flickered the entire time, didn’t even shower because of it. Didn’t feel safe going outside to walk the dogs at night. And the staff were unprofessional.

Trash over flowing by our exit on back side of hotel. Shower hardware was corroded and one side was unusable. Took forever to check in. We were cautioned not to eat in the restaurant/bar,

The only thing negative is the handicap room had a low toilet with no rails which made it difficult for a handicap person and the bathtub faucet could not be shut off completely. Reported it to staff.
