Great location and property was really nice. Great having 2 balconies, bathroom great size and the bed was very comfortable! Loved walking out into the action and just minutes from the beach ;) 😊 definitely will return 👍

The location is perfectly suited for enjoying the beach, the restaurants, and the marinas. We did not need a taxi all week. The hotel room was modest in size, but the assistance and support from the excellent staff on site helped us overcome anything that was a challenge. Highly recommend this hotel. Highly recommend trusting this helpful multi-lingual staff.

The hotel is close to the shopping street as well as to the central station. Unfortunately it was during night loud. You could hear the noises from other rooms and from outside.

Amazing location and walkable distance to many great restaurants and shopping sites as well as the train station. However, it was NOT quiet at all but that did not bother us as the location was ideal and staff very nice and helpful.

Will never stay here ever again. Rude and demeaning staff who have zero care in the world. 2 terrible things happened while staying here and the employees didn’t do anything or express any concern. When we arrived we informed them that we parked our car in a nearby lot because the one they recommended was full, come to find out the next morning that our car was towed and we had to spend the first day of our trip at the French police station trying to get it back. The front desk employee laughed in my face when I told them what happened and treated me as stupid the rest of the stay. But it gets worse. I had an expensive necklace that I left out in the room while housekeeping cleaned for that day and returned to it missing. I called after realizing it had gone missing and the front desk people dismissed it and had no follow through on the matter. They asked why I didn’t put it in the safe, when I really shouldn’t need to do that if I’m staying at a 4 star hotel. Not a single person I interacted with at this hotel left a good impression. They didn’t take my problems seriously at all and handled both situations very poorly. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy, I never have had any problems staying in hotels and her we have 2 major ones. Never again, do not stay here!

Small cute hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are very clean, area is great as it is central to everything: 5 min walk to snfc train station, 5 min walk to la croisette and beach. Many good restaurants, stores and bakeries around the area also. I highly recommend this hotel. Really good value for the price.

The location was great. Air conditioning was weak and lady at front desk was not friendly. Overall a good hotel for the price.

I really want to give this hotel a great review as the staff was so pleasant and welcoming. However, our room was a bit lower than the 4 star rating. The positives were that the room was clean and the bed and linens were very nice. The bathroom had nice storage space. The location was perfect for transportation and dining - an easy walk to everything. The negatives were that the view from our room looked into a parking garage. The room was very warm and the a/c was almost non existent. The shower was very tiny and had a shower curtain, which seemed to stick to you while bathing. There weren't outlets next to a mirror to do my hair. All these items are really personal preferences more than problems, but for a 4 star listing I would hope for better conditions. Again, the staff was so nice so that made up for some of these things.

Perfect stay in Cannes. 2 min walk from the station and pretty much on a street with nice affordable cafes and restaurants. Despite the good location we heard no noise at night. Room had enough space and good amenities. Staff were friendly and offered suggestions. Everything is within a 10-15min walk, would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean hotel near the beach. Good service, friendly staff. Room service breakfast as a free option is a nice bonus.

Love this hotel, its my go to hotel in Cannes, never ever disappointed - having now stayed around 6 or 7 times over the last few years. Great rooms, great housekeeping service and always friendly and smiling on reception.

Third or Fourth time I have stayed and this little gem! Absolutely love it, near to everything, rooms are spacious and housekeeping doing an amazing job as they are always fresh and clean. Breakfast 10 out of 10 and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, I was travelling on my own so helped me feel even more at home. Beach 5 min walk and shops and restaurants 2 min walk. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

One of the best boutique hotels we've ever stayed in. Our room was on the small side, but it was nicely decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the little balcony which overlooked the restaurant area. The staff was very helpful, and they have everything you could need available (umbrellas, wine glasses, etc). We were happily surprised to find out breakfast was included with our booking. They had a good array of breads, meats, yogurts, juices, etc, and they also freshly made eggs and bacon on request. The location is also wonderful - just a block from the train station and right in a nice restaurant area.

Centrally placed with easy access to trains and buses. Great restaurants only a short walk from hotel Cannes sea front only a 15 minute walk from Hotel.

This is my second stay for the second year in a row at Hotel Simone. Love love love this hotel. Will definitely be back next year for my birthday. Nothing has changed. Perfectly formed rooms, lovely, friendly welcome on reception. Perfect location. Great housekeeping as rooms are immaculate. Please do not ever change.

Nice and clean little hotel right next to the train station. Rooms on 5th floor, where we stayed, are quite. Rooms are small, but cosy. Nice amenities. Breakfast was good, enough for us. There are some nice restaurants in the street, downtown Cannes and the beach is just a little walk. Easy to park the car in the neighbouring parking garage. There is a discount for hotel guests.

The hotel was in an amazing location for Cannes. What let the hotel down was having to wait an hour after the check in time for the room, no replen on the coffee in the room and the room had low ceilings making it uncomfortable to walk around always having to duck otherwise you would hit your head.

Very close to the train station, excellent location. Friendly straff accomodated early check-in. Bright, clean, modern room and bathroom. Comfy bed, good air-com. 24h reception to let you in (regardless what hour). Complimentary (soft-drink) minibar and self-serve continental breakfast. Great value. Will re-visit.

Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are very small and everything gets wet when you take a shower (theres no door to close the shower). Excellent location near the train station but only 2 blocks to a nice (and free) public beach. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Nice breakfast too. No parking but the train station parking garage is very close.
