A great place for a family holiday. Ideally located close to the beach at the quieter end of the town and only a short ride from the airport. The outdoor pools are lovely and just the right depth for kids of all ages. The pools and deck were cleaned down each morning before use.
The organised entertainment and activities both day and night were great fun, Natasha and Matteo especially were very engaging. The Friday foam party in the pool was a highlight.
Food in general is great, the restaurant is well organised and efficient. There is a huge choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a different theme each night, some of the specialties were a bit disappointing, especially Italian night but still plenty of quality food to choose from.
Rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning kicked in quickly to keep the room at a lovely temperature.
All of the staff in the hotel were super professional and very friendly.

Great hotel and great facilities for families. Indoor pool a god send for our baby as outdoor pool was too cold and deep for her to splash in.
Staff all really friendly and so kind to our daughter.

Overall, pretty good, good food, excellent coffee.
Our experience was negatively influenced because of sewage odour in our room, due to overflow in the bathroom sink. We asked to change room but resort was full. They did a treatment which helped for one day but terrible odour was back. We complained again and never heard from anyone neither were we offered compensation. This was poorly handled and a bad experience. We were out a lot but we had to close the bathroom door in mornings and evenings and leave the patio door open.

The aparthotel is family oriented with very good miniclub and kids activities, this is the biggest plus for us. The indoor pool is excellent as well, although the water depth is quite deep so might not be suitable for non-swimmers.
The half board options are reasonably good as well. The cooking quality for dinner however still have some room for improvement.

My family very much enjoyed our stay! We wished we were on the beach but it was a five minute walk. The food was good and my six year old said it was the best food he’d ever eaten (chocolate fountain, pizza, churros). I wish we had known about all the many things happening at the resort because we probably missed most. Mini disco must for all families with littles. So cute!

Food really good, plenty of options, drinks and deserts have plenty of options.
Rooms are very well kept, plenty of room, cleaned often.
Staff are fantastic. Isabel on reception was very very helpful,.
Chef Yasmina and Sandra done a beautiful sea food soup. Really lovely. Bar staff are brilliant.
This hotel is 4 Star, and is a strong one at that. It doesn't claim to be 5 star... Yet there's not much I'd change about it.

Perfect location. Not too far from the beach, restaurants & cafes. Hotel is very clean, restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, but there was one female receptionist who wasn’t very friendly at all.

The good things: staff was very kind, lots of program, pool’s temperature is fine.
The bad things: the room was very used, the couch is very very used, originally it is a plus bed for children but eventually she slept with us which was very uncomfortable for 3 people. The breakfest was very boring, the coffee was bad, and the aircondition uncontrollable so our daughter had a cold. There were ants on the 6th floor but I know it wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
They are really try to entertaintment the guests so eventually in this price this was okay but they should change the couch and buy more kitchen stuffs because it was under equipper!

Have stayed in this hotel a few times before with members of my family and always enjoyed it. Was slightly disappointed with the entertainment this time round. We are considering trying somewhere different next February mid term break.

We had an amazing stay at Benalmedena Palace that exceeded all of our expectations! The staff were very friendly and approachable, our bedroom was lovely with a beautiful balcony & they made our celebrations very special. We would highly recommend anybody looking for a relaxing stay, to come to this hotel! Thank you for everything.

From the offset I can share that we spent a good few days at the hotel. Food wise was good, hotel staff was exactly what you would expect and the hotel met our general expectations regarding facilities. Having said that, the hotel is do for a bit of a renovation in most areas. It's maybe a 3.5 star hotel and we would rate it like most people which is 4 out 5.

So many praises for this hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and great facilities. Our children loved the pool, mini club, mini disco and the entertainment staff. Jose, Claudia, Maltilda & all the entertainment team were so kind to the children. Beny the Tiger was a big hit!! My husband and I actually managed to get some quality time together on occasion as the kids enjoyed the mini club so much.
The restaurant had a wide range of options for food. We did half board and that was enough. We heard there were a quite few restrictions with the all inclusive.
The hotel is situated on a very steep hill but they do have a courtesy bus if needed that runs along the seafront.
We took the local buses up to mijas pueblo which was well worth a visit as very pretty. The marina in Benalmedena is lovely and the park too.
The rooms were a good size, modern and clean. Sofa bed was sturdy but not comfortable like a double bed.
I would highly recommend this hotel as it has something for everyone. We like to travel around for our holidays but may pop back for a short break. The kids miss BENY!! Big thank you to all the staff who work so hard to make this hotel great.

From check in to check out, the staff were incredible. The room was served it’s purpose perfectly well and housekeeping was regular and thorough. Many measures in place to keep it covid safe. Very hospitable and family friendly.

Everything was perfect and spotless. Found a welcoming display in the room of an elephant made out of a towel and some sweets. Lovely spread for breakfast. The staff were very helpful too. 2 mins walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Will be returning soon.

You've got entertainment every evening, which is for both, adults and children. Also, there is enough to do within the hotel in case bad weather. We used indoor pool pretty every day - water very clean and does not sting your eyes...

Fantastic little stay for one night. Wonderful staff, room a little noisy with the kitchen vent noise - 706 avoid if want quiet , unfortunately next to kitchen vent so smelled on terrace also.
However for one night was fine for what we were looking for.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff in the restaurant and in the bars.
Rooms cleaned every day - cannot complain at all. Best room is on higher floor with pool view as you can also have sea view in the distance and they are quieter.
