Amazing

Friendly staff, cozy place, good breakfast

Parking was the biggest asset but this is more a hostel not a hotel, bathroom has plastic sinks and cabin is for kids, room really small and not worth money. Dangerous neighbourhood.

Terrible location and poorly kept hotel

Small, but clean and convenient

This is a no frills place with basic facilities and decor. It’s fine for a work trip. Rooms are small, the bed is right there when you open the door. Clean bathroom and Nuxe hand wash is nice. Hardly any English speaking channels on the TV work, most have no reception. Very friendly Reception staff. Tip: When you get your room, ask if it’s next to a fire exit. Rm 37 is right next to one banging all the time. Message to mgt:paper cups next to kettle have a label saying “contains plastic” – come on Mercure, you need a green policy! The hotel is walking distance to Châtillon Metro

It was really good service, the employee at the reception helped us a lot with anything we needed. The room was okay even though it was kinda small for us, we had a German Shepherd Dog with us but we managed to make ourselves comfortable.
Slightly far from the station but overall a good neighborhood.

HOTEL JUSTE PRENTABLE POUR 1 A ETOILES CARTES DE CHAMBRES NE FONCTIONNANT PAS

It was alright, rooms are toll small, you can’t say it is a 4 stars hotel, it’s 2-3 stars, 8 minutes to bus station nr 68 which drops you to city center which takes around 1 hour from you.

Nothing to like about the hotel, I felt unsafe and was only in this hotel for about 20 minuets because I needed to book another hotel. Paid an absurd taxi fare to get to this hotel and it was hard to see as the sign was not lit up at night. Had to be buzzed into the hotel and that Took almost 5 minuets, standing in the cold at night as the front desk staff was not paying attention. Once inside the staff seemed unorganized and took a long time to find our reservation and was unpleasant to deal with. The room was awful, the door could barely open without hitting the bed, It has a funny smell, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets looked unwashed. Overall I feel this was a complete scam, it was stated as 4 star hotel and felt like a 2 star at best. Very disappointed.

Great customer service a little bit a way from the center but it’s very easy to Uber

No basic needs, no milk for coffee no shampoo no conditioner no soap. I did ask the staff about it twice but nothing changed

I spent seven nights at this hotel and enjoyed my stay. The check in and out were both easy and effortless, the room was nice and well equipped. My first room's window did not close properly, and as my room was on the street side of the building the sound of traffic would have kept me up at night, but I got a new room without too much of a hassle. Some of the receptionists were a little curt and bordering on rude, but mostly the staff was very nice. All in all, this hotel is a good value for your money and not too far from the city center, if you want a bit more of a peaceful neighborhood to stay in.

Very good experience, nice room, nice staff, at a very good price thanks to the "secret price"

Poorly trained and inadequate staff. It is a small hotel and not the like it appears in the picture. It took for ever to check in. Then confusion on how much money to take and refund. The receptionist could not calculate. Waited for check in for long with others. The reception area is small and cramped. The staff are not well trained.. No way near to a 4 star.

Hotel was amazing, was very clean, staff were very helpful, room was very clean and a good sized room with a very comfy bed, went over valentines weekend and think we were the only ones there so was very quiet, can sit outside and have breakfast which was nice. Only slight downsides were that the air con in the room was very slow so we had to open the window a lot but wasn’t a problem at all, and secondly the road was loud most of the time, but that’s what you get in a city so overall nothing majorly bad at all, planning on coming back!

The In room safe did not work, and we authorized the staff to enter and repair the staff and did not receive any follow up. The room had obvious patch marks from previous water damage, and the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable; we found a toothpick on the floor and it remained there until our departure.
The hotel paid great attention to detail in the lobby and the lobby bathroom, it would have been nice to have the attention to detail be spent on the guest accommodations.

The personnel is not properly trained.

Far from the city. Poor breakfast

Hotel is kept clean, staff is friendly. Hotel is close to the train station. Curtains and towels were faded and old, the bathroom we stayed in was missing the roof trim and looked unfinished.

It’s the sort of hotel that’s “OK” for an overnight stay before a meeting: Small and limited. A trek if you wanted to go into central Paris. It’s had a superficial makeover recently, but areas are still tired and aspects need a clean: after a long flight I don’t expect to have to clean air-con units etc before bed. Staff helpful.

Nice, but definitely not a 4 start hotel. The room was smelly, had no window, the furniture was metal. The bathrooms weren't very clean or tidy. It's a noisy area at night, loads of car traffic.

The location is not ideal. There was mold on our shower ceiling. The neighbourhood was not great.

Comfortable stay. Good value for money. Reasonably close to Paris centre... but had to travel a fair bit. But good for what you pay for it. Staff is friendly and helpful. 24hr front desk service.

This is a budget hotel. There is nothing wrong with it, but the room is very small. If you do not plan to spen much time in th eroom, then it is ok. The Internet/wifi worked fine. The place is quite removed from the tourist attractions; that is why it is inexpensive, but there is a Metro station about 10-15 walk through a very solitary neighborhood. At first you may be scared of the neighborhood, but we did not see any dangers.

This hotel should consider pick-ups and drop-off atleast at some subsidised fare for hotel guests!!!

Subway is easy walking distance to central city. Not much restaurante selection close to hotel. One good chinese restaurante only a block away. A person Simply need to eat in central city before returning for the night.
