We stayed here last year and it needed some updating, it looks a lot better this year.

The good thing was the price for the rooms. The bad thing was that the cleaning lady knocked hard on the room at 8 AM, despite the "Do Not Disturb" hanging from the door. That was not nice, considering we got in at past midnight. Also, the soap dispensers were mounted in such a way that it is impossible to read the labels. Too far down, and tiny letters anyway. By way of comparison, the next hotel we stayed at had the dispensers mounted so it was easy to see them, picture also attached. Finally, at 8:02 AM, I received two texts right after another, asking me when I was going to check out. That woke me up just before the cleaning lady knocked, and two texts in a row is a common signal for an urgent text from someone. The reason there were two texts is because we booked two rooms onto the same phone number. So three times in two minutes, I got woken up at 8 AM. Terrible for that time of day. We have stayed at this hotel five or six times before, it is convenient, but after so many interruptions with unnecessary texts and intrusive early cleaning requests, and poor layout of the soap dispensers, I have decided to go elsewhere for next month's trip.

We always stay here everytime we are around L.A area, it is great location right off 5 ,easy to get to

Check in and check out was fast and easy. Good breakfast offered in the morning. My biggest complaint was cleanliness. There was hair on the bed and a pillow with a pretty large stain on it. As with most hotels, walls are pretty thin so I would get a little startled with the doors slamming shut in other rooms (I have PTSD). Also pillows were oddly small.

The suite I stayed in was very spacious. However, it was very dark which made it difficult to work. I asked for an extra desk lamp which they did not have. The room was not updated and there were ants scouting around here and there. got a few

They did not clean the room one day of our stay. I did not complain to the hotel because I had enough towels in the bathroom. But I mention it to the hotel in the survey.

This hotel was great. Updated and very clean. Breakfast was very good and convenient. Our room had a plugged bathroom sink and there were ants in our third floor bathroom. Even with that, I would and probably will stay here again. The beds were extremely comfortable and I got three nights of amazing sleep.

Great rooms... clean facility... House keepers are amazing.... and on it.... NOT Impressed at all with the front desk staff.. I felt like I was in the way.... felt like my requests were an inconvenience.. not friendly.... just there to check off the boxes... not cool.... AT ALL ...

Staff was helpful and friendly, room was very clean . We had the breakfast on the outside patio by the pool , everything was good. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there in the future.

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. My main concern was that the bathtub faucet would not completely close, so there was water dribbling out all the time. Even a few drops is not good, but this was actually dribbling. I tried to report it at the front desk when we checked out at around nine am, but nobody was there, even waiting three minutes.

My stay was nice. Rooms were clean & in perfect condition. Close to shopping & restaurants. Was quiet & employees professional. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

The second floor was loud. They put us next to the ice machine and the people upstairs were loud. Disappointed with the person that checked us in. There was no one at the desk to give us our keys. We waited over five minutes before a woman emerged and she was not pleasant at all. Not impressed.
