I needed a night stay near the George Bush airport and this hotel was affordable. Bad decor, cigaret burnt covers, noisy AC. My warmest welcome was the roach at the bathroom door. Really friendly bunch, caught the second one climbing my leg while I was seating on the toilet. I think that tells it all about my stay. Good luck to you who - like me - didn’t want to spend more than $100 on a layover hotel by IAD.

Property overall was okay, We got the room with the jetted tub and Queen Bed the bed was definitely not queen it was extremely small the jetted tub was not clean thoroughly we had to clean it. For the price it was not worth it I’ve been to multiple hotels and paid the same price and had an amazing experience.

My international flight was delayed which meant that I could not transfer to my connecting flight. I had to stay in Houston the night and quickly went online and booked this hotel. I found it convenient with a free shuttle to and from the airport, it was very good value for money, and I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. The manager was extremely helpful and there are a few options for dining in the vicinity. I would recommend this hotel if you want a one-night stay.

The facility is not in the best shape. The bathroom door wouldn’t even shut. And with a family with two children, that wasn’t great. Though we were able to sign up for a shuttle, they later called our room and said it wouldn’t work so we ended up having to take a shuttle 45 minutes early (even though I had called in the morning to confirm our time). The front desk guy was nice. It was nice to be able to have a Walmart delivery dropped off though!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have found it to be a good value. It is very clean, the rooms have been nicely decorated with enough space for your belongings. I appreciate the desk, mini fridge and microwave. The staff has always been polite. The shuttle is prompt and the shuttle drivers helpful. There is a Sonic and a Waffle House nearby so you can easily grab a bite to eat. This hotel provides a pleasant stay fir a good price.

I made a reservation for a night. I called the hotel and informed the front desk of my late check-in around 1:00-1:30am and asked if it was ok to still check-in. The front guy said yes and he’ll still be there til 6:00am. I told him i would be driving and that’s why i woulf be arriving around that time. When i got to the hotel around 1:20am, NO ONE was at the front desk. I rang the bell, knocked on the glass and office door, and called the front desk. NO ONE came to the front desk. I waited for like 20mins or so. I ended up going across the street to another hotel since i wasn’t able to check-in at this hotel. It was very frustrating coz i was tired from a 4hr drive and needed to rest coz i had an appointment at IAH early morning. I’m thankful Expedia was able to help me get a refund and understood the situation i was in.
