I booked 2 queen beds plus sofa bed to accommodate my family on Thanksgiving. When we arrived, our room was not ready which was fine. We went to our Thanksgiving lunch with family and came back to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that they had to switch rooms because they were over sold. Our room was downgraded to only one bed. He said he could cancel my reservation if that wasn't going to work for us. Well, it was Thanksgiving day and no where else to go. When we got into the room, there were no extra sheets/blankets/pillows for the sleep on sofa. I had to go ask for those too which he was annoyed that I asked. It was overall annoying and uncomfortable.

When I checked in on 10-19-24 around 9 p.m. the man at the front desk did not even say hello. He did say, "Name?". I said my name and he then said there is no reservation under that name. So, I spelled it. Then he said, okay I see it. No soft skills exhibited on arrival. No welcome in, no hello.
I like the wood look on the floors in the rooms. However, upstairs guests were very loud stomping around past midnight, so not such a great rest. Not soundproof by any means. I did ask for the top floor, quietest area and I was given the 2nd floor, so I didn't get a good night's rest.
Breakfast - They had a yogurt station, but no fresh fruit except whole green apples. Fresh berries would have been a nice addition to something healthy on the menu.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff were very friendly, the room itself was disappointing.
From the moment we entered, there was a strong smell of wet dog and smoke, which made it hard to feel comfortable. The floors were dirty and stained, and the restroom had holes in the wall, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The room was also uncomfortably hot, which made it difficult to relax.
To make matters worse, we discovered roaches in the room, which was unacceptable. I expected a much cleaner space, especially considering how deceiving the pictures online were.
While the staff were great, the room’s condition was a dealbreaker for me. Hopefully, management will address these issues moving forward.

Some of the staff was not very friendly. The pool was only 3ft deep so kiddos weren’t happy..room service did not clean our room except one time..breakfast was awful!!!

And then they were running up and down the hallway. Room did smell a bit moldy. On a good note, they are pet friendly and they kept the grass mowed low. Made it easy to walk the dogs.

We stayed 8/15-8/19 and our room was only cleaned ONCE. The phone in the room had no phone cord and no way to call Front Desk. The free breakfast is mediocre by industry standards. The best part of the stay is ERICA at the front desk. She was extremely welcoming, kind, polite and a pleasure to talk to. She greeted us everyday we walked back in and remembered us and things we spoke of. She is an ABSOLUTE TREASURE !!

On day one of four I was ready to give this hotel fove stars but things happened i did not like. The guy working the front desk seemed more annoyed because I interrupted his phone time when I was asking about the smell of cigarette smoke in my room and complaining about not having my room clean, trash taken, or clean towels after two nights going into a third. I spoke with two of the house keeping employees, requesting our room get aervice but neigher understood English. We tried a translator app and i wrote down my room number and it was understood that it would get cleaned but it was not. For the last few days the hallway had the oder of Marijuana. Saturday they had a lot of banging going from people workinh somethiing no one told us about nor visible signs informing guest of renovations. Very early Sunday morning near the entrance people were talking very loud for about a couple of hours. The hotel commom areas were clean and our room on day was very clean. I would love to tip the person who prepared breakfast July 3 through the 7th to leave jer a tip. The food was good and the eating area was very clean.

I had intended to stay at this hotel over Fourth of July because I was visiting a military friend and we booked it with the knowledge there was a pool we would be able to use. Unfortunately their pool was out of service which we discovered at the time of check in and the staff refused to refund any portion of our stay. We moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.
