On day one of four I was ready to give this hotel fove stars but things happened i did not like. The guy working the front desk seemed more annoyed because I interrupted his phone time when I was asking about the smell of cigarette smoke in my room and complaining about not having my room clean, trash taken, or clean towels after two nights going into a third. I spoke with two of the house keeping employees, requesting our room get aervice but neigher understood English. We tried a translator app and i wrote down my room number and it was understood that it would get cleaned but it was not. For the last few days the hallway had the oder of Marijuana. Saturday they had a lot of banging going from people workinh somethiing no one told us about nor visible signs informing guest of renovations. Very early Sunday morning near the entrance people were talking very loud for about a couple of hours. The hotel commom areas were clean and our room on day was very clean. I would love to tip the person who prepared breakfast July 3 through the 7th to leave jer a tip. The food was good and the eating area was very clean.

The pool was down when I went.

I had intended to stay at this hotel over Fourth of July because I was visiting a military friend and we booked it with the knowledge there was a pool we would be able to use. Unfortunately their pool was out of service which we discovered at the time of check in and the staff refused to refund any portion of our stay. We moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Room smelled terrible, front desk customer service was terrible and breakfast wasn’t good.

The staff made our stay that much better! They were very friendly with us and treated us with respect and a good amount of southern hospitality.

disappointed that the pool wasn’t open… Especially since it was one of the only reasons that I chose the hotel. I wish there was a way for them to make sure that they had to notify Hotels.com that their pools are not going to be open

The lady at the front desk was so sweet. Im a travel nurse and stayed here for the weekend. Felt safe in location. Nice and clean room. Will use this hotel again!!

Front office staff during the day was so nice and helpful. Also their cleaning staff is very helpful. I like the coffee machine in the receiving area.

First room AC was not working but we were moved with no problem. Second room shower head was full of mildew and the pressures was low but nothing that couldn't be dealt with.

Hotel was nasty. Elevator was filthy. Stains all over the carpet in my room.

Front desk and staff were very accommodating courteous and polite. Dog area was neat and clean breakfast was good as well.

Check in was smooth. Room was good and AM Brkfst even better. 2 complaints: could not swim in properly pool; water green. And no bedding for pull out couch we asked twice before they brought it. Our room has torn carpet.

It was an ok place. There was a strong smell of urine in the hall and our room. We are a family of 6 and booked a suite. It was roomy enough. There were only 4 towels. We asked for more but we're told, "there are no more towels." So that was frustrating. We had to share 4 towels amount 6 ppl for 2 days. There was a nice woman who let us know there were cookies and always smiled and said hello. So that was nice.

We stayed 3 nights. They seemed to have done some updating. The AC in our room was very noisy. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast was nice, but understaffed one day and the poor attendant didn't know what to do. Overall good.

Room was not cleaned when we arrived. After being assigned another room it had dead bugs.

Nice clean property, staff was friendly, good location, free breakfast and small pool.

The black mold in the shower could get a better clean.

We booked the king suite and it was perfect! Not too cluttered. They are pet friendly and have a waste station which is always nice! The bathroom could be cleaned a little more around the toilet but overall the it was clean! I loved that they had a weekly breakfast menu to view!

Our room was pretty gross for the price we paid. It was like they slapped new sheets on and left the old bedding on. No vacuuming, no wiping surfaces, crap smeared on the walls of the bathroom (not even exaggerating). Didn't smell or look clean when we walked in the room. We asked if it was possible to move to another room but they just gave us new bedding. The room "looked" nice online but in person it was pretty decieving. Whoever they pay to clean their hotel is not even doing the bare minimum.

Friendly, helpful staff. I did not know and did not see any notice that room service was upon request only. After 3 days of no fresh towels asked front desk about this and learned on my last day. So no trash dump either so be aware. Clean, comfortable rooms.

The hotel is pretty clean and more amenities than I expected. The staff could be a little more friendly. Strange but there was red peeling paint all in entrance of hotel and parking lot. They had 2 5 gallon water bottles at entrance of driveway with paper signs stating to use this entrance. Kinda odd but a good stay.

The room was amazing

I was very displeased with the state of the property. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke upon entry with a combination of cleaner and paint trying to cover it up. You could tell there was a recent and rushed paint over job to cover up damaged walls, cracks, peeling drywall and paint over paint. Shower curtain couldn't stay on the rod and kept falling off. Safety fixtures in the bathroom were loose and felt unsafe to rely on getting in and out of shower. There was a distinct lack of furniture. We had a double queen suite and the room with the beds just had beds, a night stand between and a TV/Dresser. No chairs or extra lamp. It felt uncomfortably empty. We stayed the night before and after the eclipse and put out a TON of money. Now I don't expect a Days Inn Plus to equal the 4 figure sum we paid for two nights, but it seemed like a poor value to the Red Roof Inn we stayed as the following night. I would not stay at this location again. No Gym as it was under repair (past the date stated on the door) and breakfast was subpar. Breakfast was until 9am, but at 8:20am there was no more food left and they would not make any more because management didn't want to waste anything. "If we started making more food, it would sit past 9am and we would waste it" Never mind the fact that dozens more people came looking for food after I asked.
