Great location near Camden. Their breakfast offerings were varied and met our needs. Coffee was good, but could have used a variety of teas.

Front desk staff amazing, breakfast delicious! Bought some waffle mix and Maine Maple Syrup to take home. The room was very clean upon check in, but room service lacked. I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, location was great for driving up and down the coast.

Excellent stay! We were in one of the cottages and enjoyed driving right up to the unit. Breakfast was tasty. Grounds are beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Great place to hang our hat a few nights. Pool, fire pit, complementary breakfast, easy walk to grocery and Camden, and pleasant staff…..what more could we ask for. Loved the configuration of the rooms. Would definitely choose this place again.

I had to share a driveway with a lady that almost hit my car their was mold in the bathroom chair ripped bugs on window sill it was more of a 100 dollar a night cabin not 320 a night and zero privacy we had people walking right by our cabin and windows all night never again I always stay at the island view inn in Rockport it's beautiful view of the ocean same price as this place and lots of privacy I decided to try something different and what a big disappointment!

We rented one of the cabins. It was roomy. There was a mini split that controlled the temperature very well. Instantaneous hot water heater so lots of hot water. Bed was comfy. Had a mini kitchen area and two chairs, TV and dining table in the living area and bedroom. Very clean and recently updated. Nice little porch. There was a fire pit in back of the hotel and swing/play area for children. Breakfast was included. Make your own Belgian waffles. A different egg option every day, fruit, cereal, and pastries. And of course, coffee or tea. Pool and hot tub area was very neat and clean. Exercise room.
I would definitely stay there again.

Adorable inn! We stayed twice in one trip. The owners keep everything just so. Very nice and clean. Well done! Very enjoyable, especially the brand new pool area.

The room was clean, cozy and bright and spacious. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful, and the amenities were fantastic! The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of choices. I had a restful night and a wonderful stay. I’ll plan to book here again!

It was an overnight travel stop. Comfortable bed, good hot breakfast. The cottage was closed up & needed to be aired out to get rid of disinfectant odor & warm up interior. We had a glass of wine on front porch while airing out, it was fine with opened windows. Very quiet.

The property is lovely. It is convenient to all the sights in the area. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean & large enough to be comfortable. The breakfast is well stocked & has a good variety of choices. Only negative is that it needs an elevator to the second floor.

Nice little place on the side of the road. Close to Camden. We stayed two nights in a nice large room on ground level with patio into the central yard. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good for a couple days. Free coffee and tea. Local wine and beers available. Pool and hot tub which feel great after a day of hiking. Luckily there were a few other kids around for our kids and they all played a lot in the central playground.

We had a whole cottage with a spa bath and a separate bedroom to ourselves. The bed was comfortable! Besides a few splatters on the wall in the kitchenette area and the bathroom, this place was CLEAN. We loved sitting on the "porch" (had two chairs and a small table) and take in the environment with the beautiful flower beds. Breakfast was lovely (real mugs!) with two exceptions. The hot water for e.g. tea had slight taste of coffee, i.e. the thermoses for hot water only and coffee were not kept separate. Someone thought it was wise to mow the lawn right next to the outside patio where breakfast could be had during breakfast (and the mower was loud!). WiFi in the cottage was rather poor but the management worked on fixing that. Overall a very nice stay.

Well equipped room with comfortable bed, sofa and patio. Hotel also has an indoor pool which we enjoyed. Breakfast had a nice selection and is included.
Only quip is that the cleaner made a mistake and opened our room door without knocking on the day we were checking out - causing a scare.
