Very bad smell, very old facilities, even the air conditioner vents have chewing gum, disgusting

I found out a lot of ants in bath tub 😬 !

Elevator dirty and graffiti everywhere. Carpet very dirty and sofa inside room very dirty.

8/31/2024 @ 10:35pm want to check in, no front desk receptionist on site - room stains - sofa, ceiling, bed sheets, towels, etc - breakfast- only waffle are freshly made and no other selections - beds are squeaky - bathroom door was dirty and the bathroom fan was loud -Sofa was not clean and had many Stains. -Bathroom shower faucet had its problems, can’t pull the water to shower head - no parking - super dirty floor

When we arrived the room smelled very strongly of urine! We therefore got another room. We stayed for 3 days and house keeping never once cleaned our room. We had to ask for towels and go down to the front desk to get them because they would never go up to our room to deliver them. They also didn’t have wash cloths. No batteries for the remote control. I had to ask several times for another remote control. Breakfast was another problem. They have an employee there that watched our every move. When I was trying to make a waffle or get cereal she would rudely get in front of me and she would say I’ll do it! Like if I was stupid! No hot water in the bathroom sink and the bathtub was clogging up! Stay far away from this hotel!!!!

Duty

Seems the cleaning crew was in a rush with #109 cause we found crumbs and two bags of French loafs in the cupboards. Otherwise it was a convenient find on a busy weekend.

Good environment and services

Property could use some updating/remodeling, but overall I had a nice stay. The beds were so comfy and it was nice to sit on the couch and relax when we got in after a long week. AC worked beautifully.

Elevator out of order for a week, all carpets are dirty, smell

Though the room is non smoking, you can smell the cigarette smoke when you enter the room. And the carpet smells.

Elevator didn’t even work I had to take the stairs with my bags and breakfast was not great

This hotel was disgusting. Soon as you enter the stairs it was not clean at all. The hall ways smell was horrible. You guys have a sign that say no smoking but the 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and thc with a mixture of who bleach. The smell was so strong I had to speed walk out of there. One of my nights there was a guy in his underwear roaming in the 3rd floor totally uncomfortable. The room I stayed at was not clean at all. You can tell the cleaning team just changes the sheets and throws out the trash. I stayed in a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed from the couch. The couch bed was disgusting. No sheets available. When we called to see if we can get sheets and pillows we where told there they where out. How do you offer a pull out bed and your out of pillows and sheets. The pull out bed had lots of big brown spots. We lifted to mattress and on the bottom was full of trash candy wrappers and a sex pill! It was really unacceptable given I had a child under 1 staying with us. Not a clean environment for either us especially my baby. The bathroom was not clean there was hair on the toilet seat already toilet paper more than half way used. Our sheets where stained with also hair. I would never in my life ever stay there again I honestly do not know how this place is operating. It needs a really huge deep clean.

Staff is good but this particular hotel is due for a makeover. Carpets are a bit dirty, elevator bangs shut, etc. I have been going here for quite some time and like the location but it’s time. Also, how about some meat at breakfast. Damn, most your customers are dudes. We need our meat not a bunch of sugary carbs and plastic egg frisbees

When I was sleeping, the smoke alarm went off for nearly 10 minutes. All the guests in the hotel ran outside. The continuous noise caused damage to my body. I needed to see a doctor. The hotel front desk was indifferent to my request and told me that there was no way. No changes were made. The service is really worrying. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Room was good for the price
