Hotel was in a great location. Everything was clean from lobby area to elevators to the rooms! Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was till 10am for the weekend which I appreciated so I was able to

Worst booking experience and ever had I booked after the hurricane Hotels.com changed the date when I submitted the booking I went to the hotel. They had no room for me. I got charged. We were without electric for weeks to worry about getting my money back after losing my home and car, then they have the audacity to send me an invoice

We always stay at this hotel when we're in the area. Great service, great beds and pillows, rooms are spacious and always clean, love the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion dispensers, wonderful breakfast - all around a great place to stay.

It was truly one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Ashley checked me in and she was wonderful. When I woke up this morning, all of the staff was friendly and you could see that they cared about putting their best foot forward. The continental breakfast staff asked if my breakfast was good and if it was clean enough. I think my favorite part was when I saw housekeeping employees enter the hotel. They all greeted each other with hugs and warmth and kindness. They were truly happy to be at work and they truly found friendship in their coworkers. It was wonderful to see. The hotel itself was very clean very comfortable. It was perfect.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t enjoy the free breakfast but the fresh baked cookies in the evening were yummy.

I really like the microwave in room. I like that there is an option for coffee, tea and hot chocolate and coffeemate. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the option to take to the room.
I have stayed in other Holiday inns and this property is the best! Thank you.

May want to put a note in rooms that the “soft” pillows are feather pillows so people with allergies to feathers don’t have issues. Luckily, I always check pillow tags. Rest of stay was amazing. Love the breakfast. There is always hot coffee and then cookies for an evening treat. One of the employees puts up a riddle of the day on the front desk and that was fun.

Ashley at front desk the best. Only complaint was the 2nd floor hallway smelled bad. Said it was the carpet cleaning but it smelt bad, and they had fan going in many areas. Thought maybe water issue.

From the moment we walked in the front desk was attentive. We had a double queen room which was roomy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good! Loved that they had sausage and gravy. Pool was nice and temp of pool was great. Highly recommend and will stay again
