Very nice hotel. They keep fixing it and making it better. Nice comfortable room, nice shower. My breakfast was included so I also enjoyed that. Just very nice and comfortable in every way.

Tried to give us a room with a stained comforter. When we asked to have it fixed, they switched us to a room with no window. NO WINDOW! Is that legal? Super weird. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable. No water in the rooms either

I hated the fact that they did not have lounge chairs in the pool. Leak in the bathroom sink, tv didn’t work and took them 4 days to bring us one. No coffee pot in the room. The ironing board was unusable and would fall constantly. No cups or anything in the bathroom. No amenities like a massage spa or nothing. This hotel was horriccific. Even there sheets smelled.

Rooms could improve some minor details like AC maintenance(noise) and toilet function(leak). Overall the hotel is nice and staff very friendly. Be advised their lower tier rooms have no windows or balcony, you have to upgrade to a junior suite to have both.

I highly recommend this hotel, the only downfall was the check in process was very slow (it took 1 hr) but the rest of our stay went very well. Our room was nice, breakfast was good, swimming pool was refreshing

The pool has a 2 rung ladder to get out. Almost impossible is you are older or have mobility issues. Would Not let us book in before 3 at all. They let me park my car. Clean, helpful staff. The room we booked with a big bed was changed for 2 doubles. Hotel clean, pretty good food. Good location. I would stay here again.

The room was large and comfortable and the staff members were courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was great and delicious but not as many choices as in my previous stay over 2 years ago. The music on Friday night until past 2 am was uncomfortable and loud.

The first room assigned was very small, outdated and the bed was a queen size (I had reserved a King size). The following day, I was moved to a different room with a King size bed. This room was ample, newer and super clean. The breakfast was very good as well and the staff was super friendly and proffesional.

A great first spot for me. Fernanda and the other staff were so wonderful and patient with my Spanish. It’s a great location and a really nice breakfast in the morning.
I’m grateful, and I will recommend and stay there again.
