The front desk attendant was so friendly and checked me in no problem. We chose the accessible room and it had everything I needed for my specific disability. And it was very comfortable for my partner, my dogs, and myself.

Due to construction, it appeared that all entrances were closed and I had to call and was told to go around a “Road Closed” sign. Once I was there, everything was mostly fine. If you want dogs to toilet in a specific area, it should be better lit so handlers/owners can see poop piles to pick up.

Pro: keep Best Western's standard of cleanliness (not like some of choice hotels chain which is so dirty), which is a must. Good breakfast. Not stingy with toiletries etc. Easy parking, safe, good neighborhood.

Its an excellent place to stay. Clean, safe and helpful staff. The only downside is its far enough out of the way you will need to drive into town for food, but Cheyenne isnt that big anyway so its really not a big deal.

We were coming in from a very long day and at first I was thinking I made a mistake because I thought I was booking a hotel off I-25. The hotel was only maybe 7 minutes from I-25 but after getting there and getting into the room, we quickly discovered this place is a treasure. This is a keeper for sure

This place was pretty average except for the smell. They need to make half the hotel pet friendly and the other half pet free. The smell and allergies is terrible for those not bringing pets along.

Literally the best hotel we stayed at all week! The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The room was clean and the air conditioning unit worked great! The shower and toiletries offered made it that much better! Makes me want to order that brand of soap, etc. The water temperature actually got hot as well. Breakfast in the morning was so yummy! Lots of options. The Chile verde was delicious. We will definitely be back if we come this way!

We stayed for 1 night, due to traveling through and tired of traveling. The hotel was nicely decorated but our room was very small, in fact, the bed was right up against the air conditioner and it blocked the air flow from getting out to the whole room. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean but a little older. There was minimal items to choose from for breakfast but what we could choose, was good. Both ladies upon check in and out were very kind and helpful.

Fine for a quick visit be night stop on a cross country road trip. The gal who checked us in was very friendly and the room was dated, but clean and the bed was comfortable. We could not escape the noise of the freeway, but we were all so tired it didn’t interfere with falling asleep.

I picked this hotel for two reasons: beds and hot tub. The bed was comfortable but the hot tub jets are not working. Room was clean but had random pieces of blue painters tape on the walls and the main blackout drapes were broken so i had light coming in super early (also no privacy to change as we were on main floor). Coffee was good and so was breakfast. Didn’t care for the yappy dog next doir at 630 in the freaking morning.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Frontier Inn while we attended the Frontier Days Rodeo. The location was convenient. The staff was very helpful. Very pleased with the service and breakfast variety everyday.

Don’t be discouraged that this is in sort of an industrial area - the hotel is very nice. Currently undergoing some renovations but they don’t interfere with staying there (except we were unable to get the local TV stations 😂).
Restaurants aren’t within walking distance but they’re not a far drive

Front desk lady was getting hackled by a guest in front of us but she handled it well and then apologized to me and checked in no big deal. Room was clean and the beds super comfy. The AC was kind of finicky and not as cool as we would have liked but not too bad. The only actual complaint is the hot tub wouldn't work, it was hot but the jets wouldn't work. Im sure it will get fixed right away tho! The breakfast was the absolute best we have ever had!!! Would definitely stay here again!

4th visit. Nice place. Very friendly staff. Little walking path for doggos. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was meh this visit. Would llike fresh fruit option again. Would stay again.

Good beds. The staff was very acomodating. The facility had some nice touches in the common area. For an older place, it was nicely maintained. Breakfast was a little weird and did not have much fruit. No yogurt was there.
