It’s convenient location entering Logroño when walking the Camino de Santiago

Really comfy everything clean great staff enjoyed the stay.

Right by the river, this hotel offers some nice views. It is also an easy walk to Bodegas Franco Españolas on the other side of the Ebro, or to Calle Laurel, which is a lively lane of tapas joints in the centre of town. Every staff member I encountered was polite and helpful, especially the gentleman who asked the bartender to give me big cup of ice. (There’s no ice machine at the hotel) If you own a travel-sized EU hairdryer, you may want to pack it, since the one here is the useless kind that is attached to the wall by a short cord and requires you to hold down a button to make it run.

Great location, and very friendly staff (especially the man who helped navigate cars into the elevator). Nice sized rooms, only drawback was the AC during the heat wave. None could keep up.

Our room was good and the staff was friendly. We thougt paying 9€ each for breakfast that consisted of machine coffee, dry bread and some marmalade too much. Down the street we got two eggs, bacon, fresh orange juice and great coffee for 11€ for both of us.

Amazing place and staff…

Easy check in but they put us in a room by construction. Didn’t look like the hotel was full. AC worked well. Towels were great, bed ok. Neighborhood kinda dull but quiet if no construction.

Very nice spot right by the famous bridge in Logroño. We asked for a twin bed room and got it—room was clean and had a nice view of the church nearby. Breakfast was good. The staff was extremely helpful. They called us a taxi and helped us find a lost item. They are very responsive via email.

During our visit to several towns throughout Northern Spain, this was the only three star hotel and it wasn’t a great deal different from any of the four star hotels we previously stayed at. The room (overlooking the Bridge) was a reasonable size and the bathroom appealed more than in other hotels as it was modern and very functional. The check-in and check-out was efficient and my request for an additional pillow was quickly responded to. The breakfast is made to order and has a good choice. There is no bar on site, but some vending machines are available. On site parking is via a lift and this is quite tricky, especially getting out again, so the assistance of the staff was much appreciated.

Great location at a great price. The restaurant and pool are shut down because of COVID. Understandable. Easy to get to and a few blocks from everything.

On business, good off street parking----fabulous location for the Old Town in the evening, overall Excellent Hotel

I have stayed at the F&G several times. Good for both business and short breaks. Clean, Friendly and close to the old town. Only downside of this trip was very noisy drunken guests until 2am in the room next door, other guests eventually complained and things got quietened down, however i think the Hotel night staff should have sorted this long before complaints had to be made. I'd definitely stay here again though as overall its an excellent hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, right on the Camino de Santiago route, very helpful staff, didn't eat here but enjoyed the comfort after a long day of walking.

For the price, the F and G is so clean and well-appointed. It is also centrally located. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Thank god we arrived very late and staff was very help to check us in right away.

We booked into the hotel to treat ourselves after long few days on the road walking. Upon our arrival we were not great with the same respect as other hotel guest who seemed to have been dressed for hoilday atire. Where we had our pilgrim walking attire. Otherwise the facilties are great, spa, sauna to help recover your body. Close to the city centre.

Disappointing PR - charged €9 for coffee !! as part of a breakfast we never ate. Just to be clear we were leaving the hotel at 6:45 and therefore no breakfast facilities at that time. However, we made the mistake of accessing the buffet room !!!!!!

Excellent service. Breakfast buffet was spectacular.
