While the staff was amazing, the condition of the property is poor. The third floor smells horribly of mold/mildew to the point that I’m concerned it may be a health hazard. There are mold spots on the ceiling and the fixtures are rusted. One of the outlets in our room had clearly been overheated/burned as well. There were also stains on some of the bedding. Overall, I wouldn’t be able to recommend this location in good faith unless a lot of work is done to remedy the problems.

We stayed here in August with my family for a night. Bed was comfy room was big . But the smell in the hall was like humidity with mold. They had multiple air purifiers trying to help but it didint at all. The rooms smell of orange scent you can tell they were trying to cover up the smell. Will never stayed there again. Disappointed since it was our first time in Texas we’re catching a cruise the next morning. Note is on the other side of Walmart and you will have to Uber to the plaza can’t just walk there.

My bedding was dirty with stains i asked inquired about it and they told me yhat house keeping was gone. They were completely booked so they could not give me another one. Then they asked someone about anout my issue and the desk told a lady about my issue to which she responded there all dirty that there wasn't much they could do to my face. Not recommended.

We were in a room at the end of the hall, housekeeping adjacent & across the hall, door to stairway across from our room…very noisy with people coming and going. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan….so lots of humidity in the room. The people were great, just the wrong room for a light sleeper.

There was an odd smell in the hallway and the rooms. Kinda musty. Room was pretty clean but could use a deep clean. We probably wouldn’t pick this hotel again. Normally have better experiences at Homiday inn express. The guy that checked us in was top notch! Very nice and friendly!!

Fred at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Our room was not as clean as it should be. I don’t think the shower was cleaned at all. There was shampoo on the shower door, black dirt in the shower floor, long black hair in the shower wall, candy wrappers on the floor, and a pony tail holder.

did not get to stay. was on 2nd floor and after checking in was told that elevator to come down would not work unless we called them to send it up. there were children running all around on the 1st floor, and it was employee kids. the tv didn't work neither need the wifi.

Very clean property and room. Staff went out of the way to get us a roof after telling them we couldn’t check in at 3 has to be before. They accommodated us by finding a room for us. Would recommend this Hotel anytime!!
