Very convenient place to stay during weekend volleyball tournament. There was confusion on checkout times. Expedia has a 12 noon checkout and the hotel has checkout at 11am. I even got a text the morning of checkout for 12pm noon. I was greeted by the cleaning staff at 11 that we needed to check out. Other than that, great stay

I stayed at this property several times and have noticed a decline in it’s appearance and service offerings.

Not bad but it was a older hotel

We showed up at the hotel at approximately at 1830. We waited around 30 minutes for a front desk staff. When Mark, front desk clerk, showed up he proceeded to tell me, a female, he had been in the restroom and he was having issues with his stomach and diarrhea. I told him at that point that was too much information and could I just check into my room. He said “ Yes. I will check you in and check you back out. Got find someplace else to stay.” At no point did I get loud or agressive with him. I was a bit aggravated that I had waited about 30 minutes to get checked in. He had no right to cancel our room. We had no other place booked so had to drive home after a long day of helping in the weather at a benefit for our friend with cancer. He was very unprofessional.

Very Disappointing. Restrooms were broken. Stains on furniture. I couldn't believe it. Expedia, never recommend this place to me again. WOW!!!

Fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning, oh well. Whole floor smelled of flood aftermath. While in shower banging on my door. Then door opened but latch caught, hollered that I was in shower and door closed again. Immediately more banging on door. Room was cleaned well each day, but they had clearly had water damage recently. Nice place, just not great experience. I’m sure it is usually great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The courtesy breakfast was amazing and always had coffee available As well as a treat for the daytime. Best hotel in the area by far!

Great room for a good price

Always enjoy staying here. Clean rooms, friendly staff. This isn't a new hotel. It is a bit dated. Occasionally, I get a room where the tv isn't working. This was one of those times. Also, the shower head was awful. The water shot out in one stream from the middle.

Pool & jacuzzi area is really nice.. The suite rooms are really spacious.. The couch-chair could use a steam clean though.. Breakfast was on time & really good.. We’ll definitely stay again & again

I just want to say this, I never leave a bad review but I had to this time. I’m not sure how this place has an Excellent rating unless the reviews are fake. The guy at the front desk was not friendly when I checked in. The room was not clean (the floors were discussing) and the room smelled like someone had smoked in the nonsmoking room. The bathroom had mold or mildew on the ceiling and the bathtub was stuck on shower even though I needed to take a bath. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Getting ready to leave and my card quit working on my door. Go down to the front desk and there is no one in sight. Waited for 15 minutes when I needed to be leaving and the guy finally came in from outside. He reset the card and I go to use it and it still does not work so I return to the desk and the guy gets very agitated with me but finally gets the card to work. It was only for one night but I definitely will not be back!!!

The rooms, or at least the one they gave me, need a carpet renovation, it stinks! Walking without sandals feels terrible, my children's socks were very dirty I had to change them 3 times, the sofas are also very dirty.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The outside looked nice but that was about it. The guy at the reception desk tried joking around saying I booked for more than 1 night and the amount of money I had to pay for the room was more. He came off weird to me and then when we got to the room it was very outdated, the carpet had burn holes in it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The sofa bed was literally nothing but springs and had very little padding. The shower wall looked liked it needed to be recaulked and was moldy looking. The breakfast... well lets just say there was barely anything there and they didn't restock and of it. Our family ended up eating elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

Rooms where moldy smelling , and no available towels or wash rags

We as that our room and my daughter’s room be located close to one another so we could help with grandkids. The front desk clerk said night clerk assigned rooms the night before check in. We were early arrivals so a lot of people hadn’t checked in so they could have changed room assignments m. We ended up as far apart as physically possible. Another complaint was the breakfast was not refreshed, everything was nearly gone by eight o’clock and didn’t seem to be adding anything after it was gone. They knew they were fully booked so should have be more prepared. Happened both days we were there.
