Two-queen room was very comfortable, quiet, clean and accessible to where we needed to go. Front desk staff and breakfast chef were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast selection. Enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to complain about. Clean room. Some water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, but not concerning. Good water pressure. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. No issue.

They have a great luggage cart! It was easy on and off the highway…and we could walk to Walmart over a small creek which was a bit of a scenic touch! We would stay again if in the area, and appreciated that it was mostly pet-free (except for service animals).

1) clean,
2) room large,
3) staff very nice,
4) nice breakfast if one likes traditional Southern breakfast, full of fat!
Negative:
1) functionally obsolete room design;
2) not a suite;
3) not cooktop/silverware - again, not a suite;
4) fitness center in name only, just two or three cardio machines, no resistance equipment.
It is ok for a small non-descrept Arkansas city, but for one who has had better, it does not fit the bill. I would give it 3-stars.

My stay was no ok. I made my reservations a few days in advance I called the hotel to make sure the room I requested was available. Rachel told me yes. I get there and asked her again is the room with the jetted tub is what I got she said yep. No it did not have it. The. She go on and said after those rooms where unavailable. She claimed that she was on the phone with her manager and she lied about that. The room was filthy the pull out bed had rat poop in it cobwebs where in the corners. So I will never deal with hotel.com you just took my money and said there's nothing you can do which is bs. And I'm never using holiday in in Malvern Arkansas again. I work to hard for my money. This was really unacceptable.

tay pet odor was in the motel or room , so we look for motel with no pet , when pet are in the room you really need special people and pet cleaner for the next guess , pet hair on everything , your property had no pet policy .it smell so clean . will stay again again road trip for 18 days the only problem was keeping thing was the number one problem

The hotel seems a little old. The exit door on the first floor of the end where I stayed did not lock very well. The staff seems to be doing pretty good with what they have. It was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very convenient. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Helped with recommendations for dinner. The room is nice. The bathroom needs some repairs. Tiles peeling away from walls around the floor and sink area. Beds are hard but the pillows are magical.

This is a new property and was easy to navigate to fuel, food, and a walmart if needed. Would definitely recommend this property as a place to stop while traveling.

I like this property and have stayed here many times, but this time I recieved no maid service to refresh my room. I stayed 3 nights, when I return to my room the second day my room was not serviced. I went down to the front desk and they said they dont service after one night and I am scheduled for service tomorrow. So I grabbed some extra towels. The next day I came back to my room at 9:30pm and my room had not been touched. I was too

No lights in area. Couldn’t see how to even drive to office. Looked to be on a muddy dead end road. Needs better signs and lights. Bed was very comfortable. Rachel was a great employee!!

Staff was friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was also really good. I would recommend. We stayed for 5 days over the Christmas holidays. It was convenient, quiet, and clean.

It was great and great service and breakfast. The side door needed to be pulled in hard to be sure it was closed and locked. That was the only thing I was not to happy about. Would not want anyone coming in thru that door that did not belong there.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but it was clean. We just stayed the night and moved on the next morning.

We found this hotel to be in excellent shape; clean, modern, large TV, and very comfortable bed! Great stop on our road trip!
